Spent an entire summer at Lowe’s everyday while remodeling my house. If I needed any help or questions, they were always ready to help. Customer service counter was always great with exchanges and online order pick ups. We also ordered our countertops from lowes and it was cheaper than the local granite shop in Ozark for product and installation. I’m in love the countertops we got!

I left Menards frustrated. I couldn't get any help. A HUGE THANK YOU to Jon at Lowe's. I walked in with my paper and within seconds he answered my questions and helped me find what I needed. I will NEVER go back to Menards. They were awful and over pri
ced. From now on always @Lowe's.

I’m changing my review. Todd’s an alright guy. I shouldn’t hate. I had a bad day the last time I wrote a review. This place is a great place to come for almost anything. The people working here are really cool.

I really want to give a shout out to my heroes Paula and Freddy. We had a weird mix up with the new next day delivery, and Paula did everything she could to help us get our lumber. Then Freddy got it to us as a extra stop, on a Saturday, man I really appreciate it!

Leo in the flooring department was very helpful and pleasant! I was in and out in a very short amount of time with the flooring I needed with his knowledge and quick assistance. Thanks Leo!

I purchased a water softener March 15th after it was delivered my husband had to go work out of town. Turns out after some research we didn’t have the electrical to handle it and it was too complicated to install and it needed to be returned. We hadn’t even taken it out of the box, Btw That thing is HEAVY. I’m a small women and couldn’t pick it up if I tried so by the time my husband who was able to pick it up and load it into his truck came back into town from working out of state it was about 5 weeks past 90 day return policy. When we came in to do the return Samantha tried helping us but was not able to process the return since it needed to be done by a manager. Both boxes hadn’t been opened and still had the packaging slip attached. She tried having the assistant manager on duty do it and he explained that he can not return it and told us it was 3 months past the return policy which was weird because it clearly said March 15th. He told us we could come back in the morning again (that thing is HEAVY) and talk to a different manager but he couldn’t guarantee anyone could help. We were fine with it and about to leave but SAMANTHA came back and let me tell you that lady should be running the place!!!! I totally understand that stores have policies for a reason but customer service is definitely a priority and she put that FIRST, she actually understood the situation, empathized with us and gave us the customer service that Lowe’s used to have, it was extremely refreshing and very much appreciated ! She processed the return right then and there with a professional and kind attitude, and let me tell you that “assistant manager” stormed off FUMING…. Kinda weird but SAMANTHA THANK YOU!!! You deserve a promotion.

Staff is very helpful. Lowes has a good selection of home and diy items.

The staff is always willing to help even if it means sending you to a competitor. To me, that's worth always going to Lowes first

I walked into the Lowe's professional desk in a pretty bad mood over some stuff totally unaffiliated with Lowe's and was greeted by a big smile from a young lady working the pro checkout desk and just wanted to commend her for being such a friendly face she may have changed my whole day

Got home from a 12 day trip and found we had a dead refrigerator. Yuck! Went straight to Lowe's and luckily for us, James was working on appliances. Long story short, new one will be here Monday.

Lowes in Republic, Ryan in the tool section, I have never had anyone from that store to help us like he did. I told him that was the best customer service we have ever had. Go to that store ask for Ryan, such an amazing person, and I hope this realizes this. Just wanted to put a good review on this man out there.

Air your tires up for free, grab your doggo and get what you need for home. Always a pleasant visit.

I haven't done too much business at this location, usually we're using the ones around Springfield. I was having kind of a blue morning with some problems getting things rolling at work everything was taken forever with no sign of looking up when I got to Lowe's and fortunately walked up to Julie's counter. Her sweet disposition totally changed my mood, putting a different spin on my day. She was happy to see me, genuinely, we are complete strangers but she treated me like she knew me which was really nice. In my opinion, the best customer service representatives treat customers like friends. I don't have to question whether or not she's a valued employee here. I know she is, from the way she acted. I can't think of any business that wouldn't want a customer-centric guru such as she. I just hope she's getting paid what a one in a million employee deserves to be paid. Julie, thank you for making my day! I wish you the best and this is one five star review Lowe's would not be getting without the asset that is you! Sorry I seem to be gushing but I believe but exemplary actions deserve extraordinary gratitude!

I’ve been to every freaking Lowe’s in this area today. This is the ONLY location that I can get knowledgeable help at. James in the appliance section is awesome. Also, this is the only location that will answer the phone. All the other locations had me on hold for 20 minutes before I hung up.

Nicest and cleanest Lowe's in the area. Well kept and organized.

Bought my blackstone griddle there. The young man that helped me was very nice also helped me load it in my pickup.

We were shopping for blinds. As we were looking for help, Lauren the sales floor supervisor saw we needed some attention. She was extremely helpful in finding us the right blinds and even scheduled us a person to come and install the blinds for us! This was awesome. Thank you so much Lauren! Your awesome!
