Very friendly staff and welcoming environment everytime I come, My absolute favorite store to come to they always have my order done early or right on time I've never had an issue with my order being wrong 10/10 my favorite store in town 🫶

Amazing service! I come by this Starbucks a few times a week on my way to work, and it’s always spot on. Sarah, who works the drive thru, is wonderful! Sarah is always kind and upbeat, she is truly good person. Starbucks is lucky to have her as an employee. Highly recommend this Starbucks to all early risers!

Out of all the Starbucks I've visited, this one is my favorite. They are super friendly, and even offer drink varieties you may not have known about, which is how I came to find a new favorite drink. Would HIGHLY recommend!

The staff inside was so friendly and upbeat. The drive through was busy but they were cranking out drinks and got my order filled (inside) super fast and accurate! She called me by my name multiple times which was a nice personal touch!

Always friendly staff! These guys are fast too. Even when the line is long they get cracking so you are never waiting too long

I have stood against Starbucks...but on a fluke at 6am, I got a coffee drink...I fell in love with the drink and service. Thanks to Tex, Alex and Molly I have been back 3 times now. The coffee was wonderful but it is that kind of energy and service that has now made a Starbucks fan.

I went around 3pm (their rush hour from what I could tell) and had to wait over 30 minutes in line to get 2 drinks. I'm rating this as 5 stars though because with 10+ cars in the drive thru and over 10-15 other orders besides for mine inside, the employees were doing such an amazing job! They were incredibly quick on their feet and did everything with a smile. They all had great communication with each other and worked great under all of that pressure!

As a breastfeeding mom it is hard to find a quiet place where people won't judge or stare! The barista's were very accommodating and friendly. And the Drink were excellent like always!

Great cup of Joe to get through real estate training this morning, plus I get to see Lincoln who is quite possibly the happiest drive thru attendant ever!

I pick up orders for Uber Eats from this location frequently. The entire staff is always so sweet and they are hustling constantly. This location is very busy for most of the day, but the staff always seems so ready to go. It's a truly great staff and I sincerely hope they get paid enough for the insanity they deal with daily, but I doubt it

Lady in drive thru was so patient and i appreciate that. I ordered for a friend reading from a text she sent me and then when i got to the window the friend added 2 more items to the order.I felt bad holding up the line but the lady at the window said it was fine to add and was so friendly about it.

The drive through line was intimidatingly long and yet the service was fast, accurate and friendly. They got all seven of the cars ahead of us served within a few minutes and sent us off with an absolutely delicious Caramel Crunch Frappe and a smile.

Always shy to order “extravagant” drinks, so I always stick with a matcha green tea, but my Vietnamese coworkers always order a doppio with whip cream & mocha syrup which tastes great. But I’ve been to shy to ask for such a long order. Thankfully, it’s something I can mobile order, and I think I’ve stopped by 3 times now for one in the last week. The workers are always extremely sweet, never had a bad experience. I also once got a free frappe after a 20+ minute wait, but I chose to wait in the line and had nothing else to, so they truly don’t have to do something like that especially when it’s obvious the lines are longer since COVID but it was much appreciative!!! Mobile ordering is much faster if you don’t want to sit in the drive thru. It’s not TOO difficult to park your car and go in - but wear a mask and don’t give these employees a hard time!!!

Yesterday was the first day of spring 2022 and it was a glorious, warm sunny day! Today was gloomy, mildly chilly, and rainy. You know what? I still had a ray of sunshine and ordering through the drive-thru at the Starbucks on S. Campbell was far from gloomy. The gentleman who took my order at the box and the woman running the cash register were energetic, kind, and inspiring.

Like, what kind of customer service training did they go through?! It didn't feel phoney. Despite the gloom and chaos of the day, they were vibin' and I went back to work feeling chipper too! Coffee and cheer - it was like a double pick me up.

Yesterday I ordered food through the Starbucks app. The drive thru line was so long, I had to leave without my food. I called them and explained what happened. They let me come in and get my order today. I didn't realize you could go inside, till I talked to the manager. The manager and staff were so nice and helpful. Highly recommend this location.

I visited this location with a food friend of mine on my birthday. We both had a delicious hot drink and a bite to eat. Even though Starbucks is pricey, they have an amazing assortment of drinks and food. The people that work there, from what I have seen, have always been nothing but pleasant.

Employees are very friendly and hold conversation while your at the window. My food and drinks are always fresh
