Had an amazing shopping experience with Alice from customer service. She helped me find everything I wanted and beyond. Have never experienced such wonderful assistance! Found wonderful items that fit perfectly. Can't wait to shop there again..and normally I HATE to shop for clothes! The only really nice department store in town is better than I ever realized! And they have a free on site stylist too if you really need help! Best kept secret in town!

Raphael Hopkins exceeded my expectations by a long shot. I had a pick up along with a return to make. He went beyond his job description to process my return in the pouring down rain while I waited in my car. He had to run back and forth about six times. Raphael was hands down the most friendly employee I’ve ever encountered at Macy’s and otherwise. Thank you Raphael!!

Macy's is located in the Santa Maria Town Center on Broadway & Main Streets. Plenty of parking in two well-lit three-story parking structures. The store is located on the north-east side of the mall. It's spacious, clean, well organized & stocked with the best brands of clothing, jewelry, footwear, houseware & home furnishings. The staff is courteous, friendly and ready to assist with your shopping needs. Nice department store.

Went in for some jewelry. Annette was very kind and helped me find the perfect necklace for my girlfriend. Definitely ask for her if you want quality customer service when you go in!

Today was a great experience we came to pick up an online purchase and do some looking around. I actually had a conversation with I believe a manager named George he super personable and kind. I appreciate experiences like this you don't find them too often anymore. Definitely will be back again for future purchases. Thank you so much.

Great service at Macy’s on 6/9/21! I’m terrible with names but she was a younger woman who helped me around 2pm. I wasn’t sure which brand to go with for makeup primer and she was very honest with me about which ones she prefers and which ones she doesn’t and why. I explained to her my skin type and what I’m needing and she walked me over to her favorite that would also work for me. She immediately rang me up when I was ready and was so friendly and held great conversation! On top of the great service she gave me a ton of samples so I could try various primers in case I didn’t like the one I bought. Honestly probably the best experience I’ve had at Macy’s!

I just wanna say this has been the best Macys I’ve gone to best customer service by Israel he was a really really nice patient gentleman I would recommend ask for israel next time anyone wants to shop at this Macys!!!

This Macy’s is a little hidden gem! I love it, because even though it’s small, it is always well stocked with a variety of different sizes in every category for every name brand.

I needed a new coffee pot. I am tired of using pods. Macy's had better choices than any of the places I had been. I purchased Cuisinart Automatic Grind and Brew. It was a bit heavy for me. They carried it out to my car.

The workers were absolutely wonderful and helped me out with my order pickup. Every time I have visited, no matter what the department is, the people there were helpful and didn't push me to purchase anything I didn't want to.
