I had an issue with my phone and went to get some help. Francesca was incredible. She was patient and so pleasant, and never stopped until she was able to solve my problem. I had a different issue with my iPhone and the iCloud connection to my laptop, so I went back specifically for her help, and again she worked and figured it out for me!! What a gift she is as an employee there and I want her for my new bff! So helpful and smart!

Just wanted to take a second to write a review for these guys/gals. Today was the first day I had to go into a TMobile store ever since the Sprint/TMobile merge. Sprint customer service was always horrible, but today definitely made up for it. I went in to try to upgrade my phone, and was instantly greeted when I walked in. I was helped by Kheather and one of the managers who assisted me throughout the whole process. It was super easy (Besides waiting for my data to transer. NOT their fault). Definitely was pleasantly suprised given all the bad experiences with cell providers in the past.

Lauren went above and beyond to help me choose the right phone and plan for me. She made a tedious process positive and relaxed for me. Her service really was exceptional. Even with the technical issues, she was knowledgeable on how to make changes as seamless as possible. Thanks again!!

Great Customer Service from Stephanie at T-Mobile in Stevenson Ranch Store. Can't wait to get rid of AT&T. AT&T has been nothing but a problem for the last 30 mos.

Miss Rico was very helpful and had a great attitude. The wait was very long, they could really use more help.

The staff at this location is absolutely wonderful and they do anything that they can to make sure that you get what you need. They've helped me through a couple challenging issues and they made it to my advantage. This place is great!
