Wanted to give a shout out to Pacific sales, sales folks and customer service. When I went into purchase plumbing appliances and accessories for my Master Bathroom remodel they were extremely helpful and patient with us. We must have spent 2 hours in the store trying to decide on what to purchase because their selection was pretty vast. Armando was super helpful in that process! Highly recommend Pacific Sales!!

Outstanding service by Maria, Ed and Lilly! My search for new kitchen appliances led me to Pacific Sales/Valencia when I was greeted by Maria. I immediately loved her energy, knowledge and most of all guidance when I was lost as to what to purchase. My appliances were 20+ years old and I was not familiar with the new technology etc. of the new appliances. Maria and Ed were extremely nice and helpful. I had been back to the store six different times asking questions and each time Maria and Ed greeted me with a smile when they were probably thinking "oh no, not her again!" Collectively, I couldn't have asked for a better solution with the teamwork between Maria and Ed. I felt Maria went above and beyond with her patience, kindness and understanding with helping me make a final decision. This evening I ordered four major appliances and I am very happy with the guidance I've received by everyone. Lilly was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to the checkout process, warranties and paperwork. A real top notch company and I will forever be grateful to this very important team, especially Maria. I'll be back!!!!!

I used Pacific Sales Valencia to purchase all my plumbing supply needs on a new 5000sqf project and I had the pleasure of working with Mr. David Kort. While we all have so many options on choosing a source for our plumbing supply needs, finding a reliable and knowledgeable source is really very limited. David Kort is just plain caring, attentive, responsible and above all with years of experience. He always makes recommendations as if your project is his and he always has everything on mind from usability, quality of product, installation location and price. He always makes great suggestions that easily understood and he is always there for you side by side to make sure your project is done, done right and done on time. Obviously the after purchase support is another factor which David never, ever falls short. He is always there whenever you need him, no matter what. I really enjoyed working with him. Pacific Sales is a great company, but at the end of the day there is always people behind a great company and David is definitely is the one.

We just remodeled a bathroom, and was able to find decorative quality fixtures, and accessories (all under one roof) with the help of David in plumbing. The service & communication from the front desk, sales, and warehouse was top notch (before, during & after sales), and selection was not found elsewhere

We just completed a mini-renovation of our kitchen which included a Thermador range top, Kitchen Aid dishwasher and Franke sink. I was wary of doing this myself but with the help of Maria G. at the Valencia Pacific Sales, it couldn’t have been an easier and more pleasant experience. Maria was kind enough to answer every possible question quickly and if it was out of her department, she asked a colleague and they got back to me quite soon. I was originally told it would be a long wait for one item but with Maria’s diligence, when an unexpected shipment arrived, I received my item the next day. Let me tell you about this man. He went much farther than any Sales Rep. I have done business with in the last ten years. He spent the extra time with us to make the right decisions the first time. Kitchen remodels are tough enough. He made things a whole lot easier even in the tough times we have been experiencing. Great Job Bill!

If I could give them a ten star rating I would, Edward took charge of getting my refrigerator delivered and installed. Once he took charge all went well.he kept me up to date on everything. He told me a date and time and they were there. The installation went well and they took time to show me things. Thank you Edward

Have an LG refrigerator that broke down right before the holiday. Working with the warranty folks who are separate from Pacific sales as we bought this about 4 years ago. The store manager Jesse worked with me and saved us with a loaner. Amazing professionalism and they back their products!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in their departments. They help you make your decision to the best of your needs. We purchased a Bosch dishwasher, and the staff even gave us a business card for a family owned installation company. Bonus!

I was in the market for new appliances and was referred here by my contractor. I had the greatest experience the staff here was amazing and very knowledgeable. I was lost and they made sure I had a full understanding of both my plumbing and appliance orders as both were pretty extensive. I highly recommend this store for your appliance needs. Knowledgeable no pressure sales people. We've been buying appliances here for years. Prices are decent, so is selection. They only have stainless steel items on the sales floor though. We needed a white appliance.

They were very informative about the appliances and they found me a great discounted model. Im excited I was able to get 0 percent financing.
