Great and friendly customer service. I had a much better experience here than going to Turner's. Even though Turner's is much closer to me, I'd rather make the drive and support a business like Cobra Tactical that treats their customers right.

I just finished up my two-day CCW training with Cobra Tactical. I had high hopes that it would be worth the time and money and I'm happy to report that CT exceeded my expectations. The first day classroom portion of the class was extremely informative and well organized. The second day field training was intense and I learned things that I never knew were possible. Eric and his staff were outstanding. Their focus on our safety was always apparent. They had great attention to every detail regarding teaching tactics, muscle-memory, accuracy, efficiency, etc. They continually pushed everyone's comfort zone, but in a very good way. Quite honestly, I plan to take future classes with them just to continue to develop my skills. Thank you, CT. You're the best!

I stumbled on the place, being all the stores around me were shutdown. The folks at Cobra tactical were friendly and informed. I had a wonderful experience with Kim and Sage, everyone was really busy and still had time to give expert service. They are a small establishment, but well worth the time to go in and see what they have to offer. I am very impressed thus far and they are now my go to store for all my needs.

This was my best stop of the day and all the way worth the earful my lady gave me for spending so much time in there.
They had all the intricate pieces I needed and impressed me with some of their work that I saw present.
Staff was knowledgeable and available. Willing to order what I wanted and even shared some game with me on a project build.

Always happy to stop by to check out what is new in inventory when I’m in the area. Good people to talk to and ask questions. Been seeing them since the store first opened and I’ve done a lot of business with Eric in the past and will in the future.
I’ve purchased new and used firearms from them and haven’t had any problems. I also have had work done on some of my firearms with no problems.

What a great shop. Sage was super helpful, answered every question i had with a full explanation, and let me know exactly what was going on with my order. I ordered from out of state and had it shipped in, and within 10 minutes of it getting delivered Sage called me to let me know it was in and told me everything I needed to bring. Cobra tactical is a great shop to do business with. I've purchased many firearms over the years at random gun stores. Many of which leave much to be desired. Why fight with big dealers and their lack of understanding when you can get everything you want at a great place with knowledgeable employees? I have solely done business with them for about 4 years. Just started paperwork on another the other day. They called when my order came. I came in after work. I was there less than 15 minutes. They have plenty behind the counter and on the walls too.

Go check them out! Especially if you live in the SCV.

This is an amazing establishment that I can HIGHLY recommend to my friends and family as Sage was very patient and understanding with me as well as their customer service being FANTASTIC compared to EVERY other gun store out here in Santa Clarita having poor ratings mainly due to that and a bonus being them having a ffl license so you’re able to send your online orders of ammunition to them to be picked up. I will definitely be coming back to their shop to do business.

The Cobra Tactical Team is simply wonderful. From earning my Firearm Safety Certificate to buying multiple handguns and ammo, they have helped educate me along the way to the point where I don’t even want to go to other gun shops. I have been helped by Kim, Eric, Sage and Aaron and every single person was not only welcoming and friendly, but also very professional. As a newbie entering the gun community, I was definitely intimidated at first to ask questions as I thought I would be looked down upon, but that was not the case at Cobra Tactical. As long as you treat them and their business with respect, they will most definitely respect and help you with any questions or concerns you may have. Also, they have a plethora of accessories and cerakote options to choose from, as well. Cheers!

These guys are fantastic! Sage and Aaron are both extremely knowledgeable about guns and very familiar with the tricky California gun laws. I try and take as much of my firearms business to them. I dropped my AR off to get bore sighted, was originally told it would be several days before it was ready. However, after less than 24 hours I got a call that it was ready to pick up. I can’t recommend Eric and the guys over at Cobra Tactical enough.

I’m not going anywhere else other than CT in this valley. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to answer all your questions. They’ve earned my business for a few years now and if they don’t have something, they try their best to get it for you or even find it for you at a good price. Definitely give them a shot.

Needed a gunsmith and was hoping to find one in the Santa Clarita area. Gave Cobra Tactical a call and was assured that a experienced gunsmith was part of the staff. I took my Remington 1100 ( 40 year old gun ) to the
shop and found a very friendly environment, which is not always the case in gun shops. The owner, Eric, turns out to be my new gunsmith. He explained the pricing and policy concerning guarantee on the work to be completed. I left with no grey area so I knew what to expect. After the repair, Eric gave me a call and sent an email letting me know my shotgun was working like new and after a trip to the range I found that in fact it was working perfectly! Very reasonable price to repair and clean my gun! I need to increase my collection so I'll go back to Cobra Tactical for future needs. Thanks to Eric and his staff.

The staff were super friendly, and had the part I needed in stock. They might not have the biggest shop, but they seemed eager to help even if it meant ordering the item. Many of the shops I visited prior Cobra pretty much shrugged their shoulders even though the item was a common piece.
