Really like this company now. A few months ago they had horrible customer service but I actually called about a recent order and they told me that they hired a new marketing and customer service team...yay! I got my order right away!

This was my first time buying from hobbytron and it was a great experience. Their customer service was so great that they have gained a new repeating customer. Their shipping was fast and when the toy didn't work, they went me out a replacement one immediately. They have proven to be a very trustworthy company.

Have been purchasing toys through them since the early 2000s, and I have always been extremely satisfied. I see many people have recently been leaving bad reviews because of shipment delays but this is not their fault, and it’s due to carrier delays, Hobbytron’s customer service has always been great, Ashley is always thorough whenever I have questions about my order! Kids always love the new toys!

My order actually came with one item incorrect. However, the customer service was so good I still think they deserve 5 stars. The response was quick, courteous, and they sent me out the correct item very quickly with no hassle.

Flying Toys Collections
Awesome design in their flying toys collections, I love them ALL. Have 5 from Marvel already and 2 from Disney, they all work pretty fine and delivery was good. One of them arrived broken but they could replace, so fine for me.

I never heard of this company. I searched for something specific and they came up. I'm glad they did. My nephew is going to absolutely love this flying Sonic. The price was very reasonable too. The shipping was quick and was packaged well. Thank you all.

First Time dealing with Hobbytron and I was not disappointed. I ordered the Flying Spiderman and it was delivered as promised before Christmas. The quality was very good and the toy outperformed my expectations. Would have loved to get a second set of blades just in case we have a problem in the future, but I am happy.

My grandson just loved the spiderman. I was sketchy from buying from this company because I never heard of it ,but now I'll be buying for my nieces and nephews. They fly high and kids of all ages can control it. Great gift idea you can't go wrong.

Great customer service! I have recently purchased an airsoft spring pistol from these guys and it worked for two days before it broke, so I emailed customer service and they responded that day to my request! All they needed were two photos of the broken product to continue the warranty claim. And then my replacement arrived within four business days and has been working ever since. Customer service is great and so it the product selection!

Purchased a few toys from hobbytron for my little cousins and they definitely loved them!! We picked up a few of the heli balls, and even bought two of the drones. We shopped around before purchasing these and this website was most definitely the best quality for the money that we were spent. I would recommend this website to any of my family and friends

I ordered the little flying saucer drones. I admit that even when I placed the order I didn't expect much. Sure enough, when they arrived and I opened one the cage seemed like cheap plastic that would easily tear up. Of course I tried to make it fly and finally read enough if the directions to charge. After charging, it just sat in my hand and blinked. Then...purely by chance, I raised my plan fairly quickly and BAM ..the little drone took off! I was so shocked....I screamed! It flew from one wall to the other and anyone would have cracked up watching me try to catch it. I now have learned more about how it works. The flexible cage helps it bounce away if it hits something and I could not be more delighted!!!😲. I have purchased 6 and cannot wait to give them to adult members of my family.
