I absolutely loved my experience in this store. I needed to switch from T-Mobile to any other service. I went to the T-Mobile store, and they told me they couldn't do anything in store, I had to call a number. The next day I went to this store and literally no issues at all. Such a smooth transition process. Talk to Victoria, she was super kind and helped me get my serice switched in literally 10 minutes. Thanks for the help!

I use Cricket wireless. I get the government assistance I'm on disability. So what it is I have the $60 plan it's everything unlimited but I pay $30 and if you get the money taken from your account they take 5 dollars off. I like Cricket I never really have any issues. I wish they had a bigger choice of phones.

Very Helpful, changed my phone from Verizon to Cricket in ten minutes didn't charge me a fee for it like Verizon did. My phone has full bars most of the time

Ive been with other carriers and by far cricket wireless is hands down the best in both phone service and data! Crickets customer service at the Hartwell location is the BEST! The employees have always been there for me and answered any questions and solved any issues ive had with using my LG Fortune 2. I have told friends and family that this is the only company you want for your phone service!
