Kathryn was great. I was replacing my CPAP machine due to it's age and motor life exceeded. I replaced it with the same type. Kathryn informed me of something that I never knew. There is a plug to replace the water container if it is not used. I never use the water. The plug fits great and makes the overall size of the machine smaller. The plug is not covered by insurance. However, it's well worth to $20 it costs.

Katy was awesome! I felt like a pro after becoming familiar with the device under her instruction! I am very happy to report immediate success on my first two nights so far. I fully intend to continue it's use indefinitely! Why did I wait so long???

Katy has and is still doing everything to give me the care I need. I have been having a lot of problems with my Bipap machine. Katy has been helping me to get the best service available out of my machine. I am extremely satisfied with the service she has given me.

I had a great experience today with getting my oxygen set up.
I was very happy for the person. Who set up my oxygen, and explain how to use the portable one and made my hose longer so that I can go back to the bathroom to the kitchen. I give a 5 + for today. Thank you

Aerocare is great just wish I knew everything they offered I love my bed and wheelchair just don't know everything they offer and that I may be eligible for. Anybody know how to find out?

I absolutely love my CPAP. After about the 3rd night, my ratings are consistently 100. I used to dread going to sleep, now I look forward to sleep. I used to get up 3 to 4 times a night. I now sleep all night- once in a while I’ll get up one time during the night. It has changed my life.
