The manager Derek is very helpful, polite and informative. Helped answer all my questions and made my time there an ease, had me in and out of the store in a half hour with a new working phone. It was a bonus he was easy on the eyes. His skinny jeans hugged his glutes in just the right ways but like it was still professional, ya know. You can tell he has time well spent at Impact Fitness with a solid brains to muscle ratio.

Went to AT&T in Milford and Luan & Luis at the store helped me. They were so knowledgeable, helpful and polite. My phone was on SOS mode and as a First Responder with Firstnet it was horrible my phone wouldn’t work for ANYTHING. apps, calls, texts, etc. ALL DOWN. Began yesterday and I originally went to AT&T in Wareham and they told me to my face they wouldn’t help me and blamed 2 towers being down. They didn’t even ask to see my phone. Today I was in Milford and found this location. These gentlemen fixed the issue in under 5 minutes. I couldn’t be more thankful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE AND FIRST RESPONDERS FOR FIRSTNET PLAN.

Bought a new phone Tuesday night. CODY E was amazing! He was alone with 5 customers, 2 who did not speak English (he used a translation app). He stayed calm, was funny and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him for some sort of ATT bonus.

I had a great experience at this store. The reps that took care of me were patient, kind and informative. Specifically, Luan R. impressed me when he spoke Portuguese to my grandmother while we waited. Will definitely be coming back for all of my phone and TV needs.

My 16 yr old daughter’s iPhone wouldn’t turn on today. She was beside herself as you can imagine!
We made an appointment at the AT&T Store in Milford, MA.
Cody welcomed us and was a Huge Help in solving the problem to make my daughter’s phone work again!! He also offered some tips & suggestions to keep this problem from happening again!
My daughters phone is working just fine after Cody’s advice!

The wonderful young men that help with my AT&T service name Nate was extremely amazing he was super knowledgeable and kind to all the customers that walked in while he was helping me. Nate was multitasking by helping all 4 of customers all of was super friendly and kind everyone was super appreciate his attitude and work. Thanks again Nate!

I was in the Milford location getting a new phone yesterday and was hesitant to do so because the staff was so unhelpful, but I took the chance and I'm glad I did, Sabrina was my rep. There were a handful of people there and she was by herself. Sabrina was absolutely amazing! She took care of everyone by multi tasking the room and none waited, anyone that walked in she greeted with a pleasant smile no matter how busy she was. I own my own business and let me tell you how impressive she was. I never felt rushed and all my stupid questions were answered with patience, she made me feel like I was the only one there. Very professional, informative and extremely helpful! The best experience I've ever had with At&t. What a difference an employee can make, she's a keeper, give her a raise and don't let her go!!! Oh ya the phone was nice too!!!!

Loved my store rep at Milford, MA location. Her name is Leisha and she was knowledgeable and kind. She didn’t make me feel like an idiot if I asked her questions twice or if the question was stupid. She was not pushy and gave me lots of options for getting a phone. Thanks Leisha!

Nate was extremely helpful and friendly with our visit! I came in with some phone troubles that typically ATT would not handle but Nate was super willing to help me out and was able to fix my phone in just a few minutes! Super kind, funny, and charitable.

I went to the AT&T store in Milford tonight and got the BEST customer service ever from Sabrina! She listened, looked at my phone troubleshooted a few issues and helped me solve my problem. I do not need to buy a phone yet but when me and my husband do we will be going to AT&T in Milford!!

Sabrina was fantastic and super knowledgeable. I haven’t had much luck with this store in the past. Was considering switching providers because of the poor service, but Sabrina updated my plan and made this experience painless!

I just googled the store address to refer a friend to this store location and noticed some of the recent negative reviews. I formerly worked at a handful of at&t store locations including briefly at this store. This is a good AT&T location that I would send friends and family to.

One review seems to be a complaint about not being refunded almost $900 in cash. Small wireless stores do not keep that kind of cash on hand, so a refund check is mailed.

The other one claims to be a new customer who always shops at the Natick mall at&t store (which seems to have a worse review history) yet knows all about the day to day inside history of the Milford management team. Seems like this person wants to promote another location by writing poorly about this store. Either that or this customer misunderstood a promotion and is insisting on getting what she thought she heard. They have plans in writing so I don't understand how this person (especially how detail oriented she seems to be) assumed she was getting a different deal. Seems like a strange story that was fabricated from a disgruntle insider.

From my experience, as an AT&T customer and my past experience as an employee helping customers, AT&T (611 on your cellphone) will apply curtesy credits and credit plans to make things right. When you get that bill in the mail that's higher than you expected, just have to KEEP YOUR COOL, go back to the store and or make the phone call from home. You don't even need to hire a lawyer!

Had 2 technical issues the agent pleasantly resolved. I left quite pleased. Place was extremely clean and very well structured; A+ all the way around! I read a review regarding " long wait time". When? Saturday morning? Probably. Would you rather grocery shop on Monday it Friday? Same applies here. Unless you are having a "phone emergency"; the earlier part of the week will probably work better than the later. Still unsure, call & ask them when it's usually slow. Staff is well trained, good people. I just wish the people I start to get to know stick around for a while. It seems when I do go there, it's always somebody new? Having good employees remain is better for all concerned. What do ya say boss; lil' extra in they're stockings this year at Christmas? (or earlier?). It's been said there are high turnover rates at phone stores; in general. Perhaps the Milford store could put a change in these rumors. I've ALWAYS liked both the store and ALL of the employees I've had the pleasure of working with over the years. Be nice to see them stay,,,,,,,

After spending 3 different trips to Apple Store to get an issue with my Iphone 7 fixed and just kept getting frustrated with the lack of help. I walked into your Milford MA store and was greeted by Sabrina what a difference. She worked with me to let me know it was not an issue with the carrier as previously told by Apple. She gave me options on what I could do. Ended up upgrading to the Iphone 8 plus. Sabrina is to me what customer service should be she took the time to listen to me, explained all my options was just great to work with someone like Sabrina. You have a great employee in Sabrina!
