JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I went here tonight with my 2 friends. The moment we walked in the door we were greeted kindly. When we needed to cut fabric, Mary Lou was quick to help us out and cut it for us. It was one of the most pleasant interactions we’ve had with a stranger in a long time, she was so sweet. She made us excited to make crafts and excited to come back and show them our progress! Both of the ladies on shift tonight gave 10/10 service. Looking forward to coming again soon.

Better stocked than some of the other JoAnn in the area -- tons of fabric and yarn. Mary Lou was also very helpful at the front!

Super friendly workers here. The interior is pretty old (I feel like it hasn't changed at all since I was a kid thirty years ago), but they have a great selection of craft stuff and I was psyched to find simple frames on sale!

I have not been to a Joannes in well over a decade. I have always considered myself a Michael's girl. My mother and I were a bit overwhelmed with a bench upholstery project, and we needed to check out Joannes. Fortunately, we were assisted by a very dedicated clerk named Kelly. Not only did she help us navigate the store, but she helped us save money! I stayed under my budget. She made sure that I bought what I needed in the budget that I requested. Will definitely be going back!

I ordered fabric online to pickup in store. I picked the wrong store which is about 75 miles from me. I called the store ane the Manager sent it to me that same day! She was so polite and understanding!! FIVE STARS TO HER AND HER STAFF!!!!

I had some great service from the gentleman on the cutting table. I was looking for some magnetic tool to keep my pins and needles secure. He walked with me to try and locate it. I found this very helpful.
