Panera Bread

Always a good experience at this Panera bread location. Good quality food, coffee and clean environment. Most of the time it's not too busy and there is no problem for sitting or parking.

The restaurant was my favourite when I was in the U.S. 2015-2017. I went there almost everyday, and I missed it so much even though I've already moved out of the country.

Victor at this location went above and beyond to ensure my order was complete. I ordered late, right before close and wanted delivery in the app. When my food arrived, the store had then closed an an item was missing. I then received a call from Victor, an employee at this location, who notified me that my sandwich never made it into the bag and he was ALREADY at my delivery address with my missing item! This was not the DoorDash driver…..He hand delivered my missing item after the store had closed and DoorDash had already brought my order. I’ve never had a bad experience with Milford Panera, and this really is a quality example of their service. Thank you again Victor!!

If you're on a diet, it's difficult to get a salad or meal that's low fat. Lots of sodium in the food too. However cleaner than most restaurants and friendly staff.

Excellent customer service and very clean facility. The seating is comfortable and the environment is very warm to enjoy spending your time. One of the important things in any type of facility whether it's food service or otherwise is a clean bathroom and I'm glad to say that the bathroom at this Panera bread location was in very suitable condition The water was hot had paper towels and the toilets were clean That's an important thing. I also want to mention that the staff is very friendly.

This location was very clean. The staff was very personable and helpful. My sister wasn't sure if her Rewards card was still active. Clerk was happy to help her at one of the stations. You could tell that the clerk wasn't bothered by having to assist (like with some places). Food as always was very good!

I never right reviews. I was waiting in line and the woman in front of me was taking a while with her order and then the credit card machine was acting up. Not a huge deal, but I had to wait a couple of minutes while they had to re-enter the order in front of me. Anyway, the nice woman behind the counter brought me a fresh cookie on the house a few minutes later. Very nice and she didn't need to do it. Sometimes it's the little things!

The food is consistently good, fresh, tasty, carefully created and presented.
I have never had a bad experience with any meal.
It is a perfect place to grab coffee and a breakfast item or a quick healthy lunch or a full sized dinner salad.
And of course there is the cheddar broccoli in a bread bowl .... delicious!

My family goes to this Panera a couple of times a month so my parents can have a nice breakfast with my two boys. What spurred me to make this review was my experience with Desiree. My baby spilled my chai latte all over me. Desiree noted this and was so empathetic. She made me feel so much better while somehow managing to continue taking care of the line of people. Panera in Milford is very lucky to have her. It is nice having a place like this brightly lit spacious Panera to bring my kids. My toddler can look out the big windows and both kids have plenty of options what to eat while I’m able to catch up with my parents over delicious food and beverages. Thank you Desiree - you made me smile despite my soggy drive home!

You can stand in line and order or place your own order from a machine. Plenty of seating; also has outside seating. I must say though, my grilled cheese was more like a bread sandwich...but...it was great to dip in my tomato soup. I recommend this place for sure. Oh..plus they have a bakery!

This specific Panera (Medway Rd. Milford, MA) is the best one I've been to ever! I've gotten 3 orders from them so far and every one was perfect. First of all, they were ready by the time I requested. And everything I ordered was made truly perfectly. My favorite branch by far!

me and my friends ordered at the panera in milford. Some of the food didn’t come and we had to speak with the manager so we got our food. He was so helpful i believe his name is randy and he was amazing. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!

I mostly use Panera for catered lunches at work. Everyone loves the consistency and the freshness of the sandwiches and salads.The employees at the Milford, Ma Panera location are extremely courteous and helpful. Delivery is always on time!!

Panera bread is amazing in terms of quality, dining atmosphere, and ease of ordering. They have streamlined the entire ordering experience and have made it fun and super convenient. You can order through your phone, or at a digital kiosk when you walk in and have it delivered to your table, or online for pickup, or traditional style where you walk up to the front cashier. The only downside to panera is that prices are a little overpriced for the amount of food you sometimes get.

This Panera has amazing service. There are members that walk around and clear your plates if you are done. Honestly a better experience here than some restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful!!!

Love the different food items. We could totally eat here for breakfast, lunch,dinner. So many items to choose from. Yay
