The UPS Store

Went to UPS with 3 packages today and was greeted by Sarah who was super friendly and helpful. She informed me that one of my returns was for USPS not UPS (I'm a ding dong) and told me that she could still take it and USPS would pick it up there. I appreciate her friendly attitude and not making me feel like an idiot for bringing it to the wrong place. She also put my printed address in plastic and attached it to my box for me (unlike USPS who wants to charge you for a piece of clear tape).

They're always friendly, fast and cooperative at this store. I can guarantee that a solution for my problems will be found and I love that. They also know me on a first name basis which is a lovely touch considering how busy they can get l.

Angel is an absolute pro. I came in with a bonkers box related situation fully confused and baffled and he walked me thru the whole thing… helped me save a couple bucks… and got the package on its way.

Today I had my third excellent experience with the professional team at the Merrimon Avenue UPS Store! They have consistently handled my direct mail printing and address label generation without a hitch - and have completed them BEFORE the date/time promised! I drive 50 minutes to go to this location instead of using options that are closer.

This UPS store has the best customer service. They're quick, friendly and get you in and out in no time. Also, don't bother going to the bank if you need something notarized, just go to this UPS store and they will take care of it. I run a retail store and I know how important good customer service is, especially during these trying times.

I had the occasion this week to visit the UPS office on Merrimon Ave in Asheville for some documents that I needed to have notarized. Aside from packaging and shipping services, some people may be unaware that several local UPS offices have legal notaries to assist you.

The purpose of my visit to the UPS office this past week was because I needed two final wills notarized and witnessed. Without proper attesting witnesses, many states can invalidate a will in probate court. By law, a will can only be attested to by two people who are neither the notary nor the actual principals in the final testament. Since I recently relocated to the state of North Carolina, I was unable to produce friends or family who could serve in person as attesting witnesses. Fortunately, the notary at the Merrimon office had several associates who could be the necessary legal attesting witnesses. The wills were produced online through Legal Zoom and required about 12 notarized pages and 20 witnessed signatures. The UPS store charged me $100 for their services. The young lady that assisted me took about an hour out of her time during the busy Christmas season to help me with the process and was very thorough in her legal responsibilities.

I appreciate the assistance of the UPS Store in this matter and can highly recommend them should you need their services.

Rachel was a tremendous help with shipping 8 boxes via freight, an unusual Amazon return that required 4 separate labels, and getting it all done fast! Her professionalism, patience, and sense of humor made it a pleasant experience.

They went above and beyond. I forgot to include something in a return to Amazon. They tracked down the package and included the missed item then called me to make sure I knew it was all good. Really appreciated their first rate service 👍👍

Absolutely phenomenal customer service at this location. I came in having an awful day very ill prepared for what I had to accomplish and they helped me and went above and beyond.
