AT&T Store

I had a fantastic experience here. After spending 5 hours on the phone and online with at&t and STILL not being able to set up a new family plan, I came to the store to do so. Our cell situation was very complicated, including transferring phones from 2 different carriers and also adding 2 brand new lines. Chris handled all of this wonderfully, and never once acted frustrated or stressed. I left with everything in place, finally letting go of the stress that dealing with the online and phone customer service, caused me. Thank you so much Chris!

Had the absolute best experience with Nixa, Bryan and Michael. They treated me amazing and helped me with everything I needed. They made my process smooth and easy getting my new phone. 100% recommend this location to anyone with AT&T, wouldn’t go anywhere else no cap.

My husband and I recently upgraded our phones and had a great experience at this location. Bryan is both knowledgeable and friendly. He was very patient and did a great job multi-tasking between us and another customer, while still providing stellar service.

Michael came through with the upgrade that ended up saving me $30 a month by adding internet. 10/10

Psi greeted promptly, indicating the wait time very helpful! Answered all of my concerns, regarding my iPhone and showed me how to stop spam calls from coming in, with additional information.
Very assertive, understanding, helpful and pleasant to work with!

I needed a new updated phone (to replace a flip phone) but did not want one with bells and whistles I would not use. Michael sold me one that would suit my needs without trying to push a more expensive model. Both employees were very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this location very highly.

I have never had such a great experience with service in my life. Over the course of many visits in the past few days, I delt with 3 different people and they were all extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and patient and I tested there patience with my lack of understanding.
They deserve a big recognition from AT&T.

I was having a lot of issues with my phone and the representative Bryan was beyond helpful and exhausted every option in helping me, I won't go anywhere else!

I recently went to this store to get a new phone. Darren helped me with everything I needed. Answered all my questions. And gave me a great deal.

Darren was also patient and helpful. He setup my new phone. Even let me go run an errand because the process was a bit more tedious. But he did everything.

I also watched his associate help a person who knew little English. Darren’s associate was also extremely patient and helpful. Answered all the new customers questions with a positive attitude. Never once seemed frustrated or annoyed.

Would definitely recommend checking this store out!

Excellent service! Leidy was very helpful on directing me on getting a phone set up. She also helped me pick a good plan, and accessories along the way. I was in and out of the store in no time. I highly recommend her she did a great job with her service.

Antonio gave me the BEST service from AT&T I have EVER experienced! And his manager Michael was also knowledgeable and conscientious and SO helpful! I don’t know how I have EVER managed until today, they were AMAZING and I could not recommend these employees anymore. They changed my whole life :)

I had worked a long day and walked in at 7:45. The sales associate was already taking care of 4 other people and stayed late to help me get a new phone and get all set up. He got everyone out of the store within a timely fashion and I reccomend this store 100%.

The entire team was great. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to help me with my phones and I signed up for this awesome Directv service which I love. The manager there was awesome as well and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Definitely shopping there again

We changed to AT&T due to the reason that we had T-Mobile and had no coverage whenever we traveled. The folks at the store were extremely friendly and very helpful we went to the store at Ridge cover Plaza not crowded which is a real plus

Carlton over at AT&T in Irondequoit is amazing. Very helpful and INFORMATIVE. He’s a quick thinker. He was also very kind and patient with my mother after having to come in multiple times over a course of a week or more. Definitely ask for Carlton when you stop in!

Came here after dealing with problems at the Dewey location. I was helped by a woman named Carli. She took care of my problem in about 5 minutes was very understanding and patient with me. Great worker. Will be coming to the location ONLY from now on. It's worth the drive. Thanks

Yesterday was the first great experience I ever had at AT&T her name was Sarah she was sooo sweet and very patient with all her customers and made sure she helped everyone fast but got the problems solve she was amazing!

Let me start by saying I hate shopping and hate shopping for phones even more. However after lsst friday, This is now the only store I will go to or recommend to anyone looking for a phone. My sales rep was a guy who had only been there for 3 days after coming from the Greece store and he went above and beyond to help us get the best deals and phones, he even stayed an hour late to help us and never complained once! Between our sales rep and the assistant manager I could of asked for a better team. Thank you for everything guys! Sincerely, Tomah & Annie
