If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I bought my fridge and washer/dryer set from Jason at the Appliance Outlet and I couldn’t be happier with their service. So friendly and has the best prices around. I’ve already been referring my friends for their future appliance needs. I love that their stuff is brand new and discounted for scratches or dents here and there (which aren’t even noticeable on mine). Thank youuuu Appliance Outlet!

The Appliance Outlet in West Jordan is absolutely the place to buy your appliances. YOU WILL NOT FIND LOWER PRICES ANYWHERE ELSE. We are first-time home buyers—the owner of the store is incredibly helpful and makes purchasing a large appliance stress free and easy.

The service here is top-notch. The delivery team came to deliver our washer/dryer and fridge after hours and helped us install everything quickly. They gave us tips and recommendations on how to keep our new appliances running as long as possible. When our dryer started to have issues, the maintenance team came out to help us on a Sunday so we could get our laundry done—free of charge. They offer a 60-day warranty on anything you buy along with a manufacturer’s warranty.

You will absolutely not find this kind of quality and service at any of the big box stores. I would recommend buying your appliances here 10 times out of 10.

Jason was unbelievably helpful! Checked all his locations for exactly what I needed and gave me an incredible deal on new LG washer and dryer. They will always be my first stop when appliance shopping.

He was super friendly.! I actually liked this place and we were looking at so many places but couldn’t beat a deal like this one.! We got a fridge && a washer dryer set together for an amazing price.! He helped us but then he got busy but was super helpful && just super friendly.! This was at their new location in West Jordan. I recommend them. As I don’t know much about appliances but this was a great place to shop. Worth a try to look at.!

We came opening day looking for a new fridge. After having shopped around we found they had some of the best prices around. The staff was extremely Friendly and helpful. We would absolutely buy another appliance from them in the future.

The Appliance Outlet was recommended to us by our Realtor and I am so glad that he did. We went to the West Jordan location and was greeted by Jason. He was with another customer but made sure to greet us. When asked what we were looking for he told us that he had that this other store. He called his brother Jesse via FaceTime and he was able to show us what he had. He had the fridge we wanted and we were able to purchase it without having to go to Orem. They also went out of their way to make sure we were able to have our fridge delivered before we moved into our new home. The whole process was awesome! We love our fridge and I highly recommend going to them if you need a new appliance. Great guys and great business.

Wow! Jason is simply the best. He helped me save a lot on my purchase by guaranteeing that he could beat anyone's prices in town, which he did by a huge margin. I have visited many scratch and dent stores in the valley, but I must say that Jason has the best selection of products with unbeatable prices. If you're looking for the right place to go for such products, then this is definitely it! Don't waste your time at other places.

This is a great store to visit. I really liked the honest opinion and answers to my questions. I have been looking around to get the best prices for appliances and this place does beat others on that and on their catalog, they have tons of variety and they have several locations. They are super friendly and even though it is already at a discount, you can manage payments if that is what you need. I truly recommend it! Thank you guys!!

It was a great experience! I was in the market for a washer. Everywhere I looked its crazy expensive. I saw this on one of my searches and the reviews looked pretty good, so I decided to give it a shot. I saw it was appointment only so I gave him a call. He was really nice and asked questions, making sure he had what I was looking for. (He did). We set a time, met, and looked at the washer. It was so nice!! On the market it was priced at $1,080 but he was selling for less than half (for this particular item.) It came with everything it needed (hook ups), a warranty, and I could contact him any time up to 60 days after purchase. (I think 60) . I’ve been using the washer and I absolutely love it!!! The products haven't been used, but are sold because it’s out of box, or a little dinged up. It’s fantastic living in a country revolved around perfection/aesthetics, because great items are priced low because of “imperfections”. (If you know where to look, and this is a great place to do so!!) I do recommend trying this place out!

I recently purchased front load LG washer from Jason and had it delivered from my house while in California. The experience from purchase till delivery was absolutely simple and flawless. Fantastic experience here! A brand new stove for $600! Simple, easy, and really affordable. Took all the hassle out of buying a new appliance for half the price! Very cheap and worth a look especially to save a good chunk of cash.

Jason was great to buy from. I knew I was buying a scratch and dent appliance so didn’t expect perfection. When I looked at the refrigerator there was a noted dent on the door. When I got it home I noticed a few more things that weren’t apparent until everything was running and unpacked. I let Jason know and he responded immediately with offering to replace the broken pieces not noted in the listing and came over personally to fix another issue himself. Great experience and will buy from him again.

These guys are the bomb! My fridge goes out the day before Christmas Eve party. I call them same day not only do they give me a great deal on a high-end fridge but they delivered it same day. So grateful and Beyond impressed! Don't waste your money buying anywhere else these guys are the real thing
