AT&T Store

We have had a rough day with phone issues. We went to Ponca and were given incorrect information about At &t in Ark City. Turns out they had the phone we needed and got took care of us quickly! I highly recommend coming here!

Thank you, originally we went to kimball junction location, the employees there would rather play on their phones.
We drove down to the Park Ave store the employee (Maddy) was amazing, he was able to share information on the phones that I was looking at. Based on my needs he found me the perfect phone for my needs. I will definitely go to the Park Ave store in the future. The service was top notch.

Highly recommend this location and Devin was amazing to work with! I had a very disappointing experience at the other AT and T store in town that I usually go to earlier in the day. When I contacted this location Devin was so helpful, made the entire process so quick and easy, I would definitely recommend him and this location in town to work with!!

I went into AT&T on Park Ave to buy a new phone and get two sim cards. The attendant (Sam) was incredible. He managed to serve 3-4 customers at a time, making each and every one of us feel that we had his whole attention, while troubleshooting many different issues for people. He got us the best deal he could and was so friendly and approachable.

Matty was a great help, I need a new SIM card and he swapped it out and told me about some other possible problems. He was very helpful, also let me try out a couple phones I was interested in. Great store.

Washington solved my problems 1000%!! The Apple update caused about 5 problems and I needed a new phone immediately!! He got me the best deal for me, set up my phone in minutes, and knew everything to keep my old number. I’m a nurse so I don’t mind having a back up phone. Washington for President!!! I went to FIVE DIFFERENT AT&T stores trying to get my new galaxy active 2 to connect to my LTE. As my last result before returning the product I came to this location and within 15min the representative (Washington) was able to get it to work!

Sam at 1700 Park Ave in Park City was beyond helpful and kind and fun to work with.
