The girl who helped me was so amazing! her name was samantha. i came in tonight while two customers were yelling at her and calling her derogatory names. she was professional, she was courteous, but those customers wanted to cause a scene. samantha is honestly the best customer service employee i met in a while. I APPRECIATE SAMANTHA SO MUCH FOR BEING HERSELF!

I had such a positive experience at this store I had to get on here and let everyone know! Famous footwear has an awesome rewards point program. I legit cannot believe not only did I get buy 1 pair get 1 half off, I picked up in store. The purchase + pick up gave me $15. Then on top of that there is a coupon today for $10. My purchase last week is still paying off.

I purchased online and picked up in store. I returned one of those and bought another sneaker that was not available at my store.
I called on the phone and the employee helped me. Today I received the sneakers she helped me with. I wish I knew her name. She was patient with me. I am sure I sounded like a lunatic, but nonetheless she helped me :) I had gotten called back to work unexpectedly and needed new Nikes.

I was looking for a pair of steel tips for my new job and came across their site showing a pair of Reebok’s that were on sale for $36 from $112. There was also a buy one get one half off. I ended up getting 2 pairs of steel tips and 2 pairs of regular sneakers 6 pairs of Adidas and 6 pairs of Puma socks all for the price of what I was expecting to pay for one pair of one pair of steel tips. I’m very happy with my purchases. I only wish they would have a selection of skate shoes because I always go for Etnie’s.

Lauren the sales person went far beyond her job discrimination.. The shoes I wanted only had one shoe in the box. She went threw the whole store to find the the other shoe to make a pair. Thank you Lauren for your help in finding the other shoe. I could only wear a shoe that has elastic in to support my ankle which is weak. Thank you Lauren
