I have been in search for a Buick lacrosse for over two months. I’ve contacted many places went to places and they either lacked professionalism or integrity. When I called and spoke to Rob on the phone the first thing I told my sister was he sounded so professional and that I was going to drive almost an hour out of my way and check this place out. When I arrived the gentleman that was there whose name was Zach was equally as courteous and as professional. This is a small dealership with a big heart and a lot of integrity. The owner/ manager whose name is Jimmy also arrived while I was there. They took very good care of me and my sister who was there with her dog. We were so impressed with the service. I am especially happy to say I love my purchase and though this is a small place the cars that they have are very nice and well cared for. If you need a vehicle check out Trade Zone. I've waited a FULL YEAR to write this review (just to make sure), but I'm pleased with the 2004 Subaru Outback I purchased from Trade Zone in July 2021. In the past year, I've put over 30,000 miles on this car and have not had a major problem. Coming from out of state for this purchase, I wish I had known that the sales tax was not included in the price (I would have negotiated differently), and that I had to pay the tax separately in my home state -- but that was my fault for not knowing that, it had nothing to do with Trade Zone. I'm happy I bought this car and would recommend Trade Zone without reservation.

This dealership is the best place to get a car! Reason number one they have excellent employees. Accounting to my parents getting my car there has been the most smoothest process ever. I was in and out with my car in the matter of 2 hours. The second reason is because my radio stopped working for some reason, and i took back them. They said they needed to look at it longer than two days. I had work a couple days later and they fixed the car within 3 days of having it. They fixed my car taking account of my schedule and with how busy they were. Love this place. Recommended to everyone.

Recently bought a 2015 Ram 1500 and its the second automobile that weve purchased from this establishment in less than a year. Couldn’t have be more satisfied with my experience. Owner is very friendly and diligent and even checked up on us after purchase to make sure we were happy. Will be coming back if ever in need of another vehicle!

I was looking for a 2011 Jeep Liberty and I came across Trade Auto Zone sales, wow the service was excellent from the moment I got there, I identified the car I wanted and I was taken on a test drive, the guys there was real professional, courteous and very professional. My daughter saw a car online that she was very interested in so we drove to Trade Zone from Pennsylvania to check it out. Everyone was very helpful and answered all of my questions with knowledge and professionalism. We decided we would purchase the car but because we were paying cash we needed to return a few days later. Jimmy did all of the paperwork for us at our initial visit so that when we came back it was a very quick and easy process. So far my daughter LOVES the car and we are so pleased. It was also a huge plus for us that everyone working was wearing their masks properly!

Update: We went back a month later and sold my car! They offered a lot more then the dealership. He makes it so easy. I hate dealerships and this experience was great. Thanks again!

We went to sell a family member’s car and we were in and out within a half an hour. Extremely easy to deal with I will keep them in mind the next time. They also gave us more than the dealership offered down the road.

Zac helped us out in finding the best car! We came in for a hyundai, left with a much newer and much better ford. We will definitely be back in the future for our next family car.

Love my new Chevy Malibu. Trade zone was great they gave all the car fax on the car and Zach was very helpful and made the whole process easy.
