The staff here are literally so socially awkward. Talking to them makes me uncomfortable but there was one nice girl that helped me find all my things. Sometimes when I would ask for help I feel like I'm talking to a robot with strained facial expressions. One day, I was the only one in line and one person was getting their things checked out. Since no one was in line with me, I stood on the opposite side of where the line was supposed to start and I think it was the manager but in an exaggerated way she was like "Can we move the line this way?" and pointed to the opposite side where the actual line was supposed to start. It was pretty obvious that I just didn't know where the line started and the way she said it irked me. She could've been like, "Oh the line actually starts here" or "You could stand over there." There are so many easier and more polite ways to say something and I feel like she went out of her way to be annoying.

Managers do not care here. I’ve had multiple rude experiences with them. I greeted one girl and she just looked at me for a long period of time like she was annoyed with me. No greetings, just “get in and get out” attitude.

Why are the staff in this store so awkward and having the high school mean girl vibe?!

Aerie should hire some better people!!!!
