Why buy Command hooks when you can buy their magnets & remove with one hand & faster then the command hooks &they are cheaper.

Just hung all of my Christmas trees with their hook magnets.

A plus at this location. I've been shopping here for a few years and service had usually been excellent.

In these uncertain times, we were looking for a generator and finally broke down and picked up the big 9000 watt version.

This past week (Aug / 2023), we just had a potential hurricane come through. We were ready and thankfully, only heavy rain ultimately occurred.

I actually had taken a break from this location, unfortunately. I was having an issue with a cashier who was unfriendly and borderline hostile. She had smart remarks and a condescending tone during my check out encounters. As such, I hadn't been to this location in almost a year. I stopped in for emergency supplies due to the possible hurricane.

Conversely, the majority of the cashiers/department workers, and especially the store manager had been professional and outstanding. They were the reasons I shopped at this store at least once a month.

In visiting in August of 2023, service was back to normal and was the typical 5 star caliber I was use to. Profesdional, friendly, and helpful. So I feel good knowing I can continue my usual visits to this location.

I encourage others to visit and take advantage of the many deals they have at HF.

Alicia & Maria are Rock Stars!!. Yesterday I was looking for a tool at my local HF store and they didn't have it. I called 2 places ... the 1st one was ok help over the phone and the 2nd HF (San Dimas) was great! Not sure who answered the phone but they were great and friendly. They had the tool I was looking for and I headed over there. Once I got there you can tell the atmosphere was different than my local HF. They were all friendly and professional. They help me out really quick and I was very happy to have driven the extra miles instead of waiting for my HF to have the tool restocked.

Have been coming here to this specific location for a few years now and I always have a good experience with them. Great place for tools at a cheaper cost than other stores that sell tools. Keep in mind, sometimes you get what you pay for but that goes with other things as well. Have come here to get products for many different projects and tool emergencies. Lines can be long at peak hours but usually I'm in and out of this location.

Id never been to harbor freight before. Ive been missing out!! Store is clean and well organized, staff was friendly and helpful even though i was there just after they open at 9am. Wide selection of well priced items. Will 100% be shopping there more often

Customer service is OFF THE CHAIN here! Liz the manager went over and above to make sure I got what I needed, and even had suggestions for better ideas! It's a little further than the closest HF to my house, but they were so much more helpful and so much more pleasant to deal with than the other one. Highly recommend her store!

I have been here several times and most times the counter help is horrible. I recently purchased a tool box and it was damaged when I got home. No big deal things happen. I was nervous about bringing it back but the store manager Armando was very nice about exchanging it and made it as painless as possible. I can't remember the woman's name who helped at the counter this time but she was also very friendly. This was good customer service. Thanks.

Very nice Harbor Frieghts. Its big and has a lot of inventory and friendly staff. Great alternative to Home Depot in a pinch and for less cost. But, some items may not be as much in good qauilty, pick your battles. Otherwise will be back for future projects.

Shay I believe supervisor or manager did a amazing job in helping me out. She went out of her way to help me get a generator I have been looking for and made me feel how everything customer should feel and that’s pleased. Thank you Shay 🙏🏼

Picked up a infrared thermometer for $20. Very cool tool.

We will use it to check for drafts around our doors and windows in the winter.

Went in today to get a toolbox changed and the store in Montclair was extremely rude and not helpful but going here shay and Kendall was extremely helpful and very nice people will definitely be back in the future

I like the store, the employees are all very helpful. I look forward to receiving my new catalogs. I have bought many items both big and small. I have only had one item I was disappointed with in all the years I have been shopping there

Very quiet for a Sunday as anyone can attest; it is quite busy with husbands dragging the wives ( and vice versa ) to shop after Church or breakfast.

But like most shops in Glendora and San Dimas, the employees are friendly and the customers are our neighbors. This is a very difficult time, thank you for everything you do

You can find almost anything you need at Harbor Freights for a very reasonable price

Tools. Dont waste their time calling and asking them time consuming, dumb questions. Yes they sell hammers, no they don't deliver. (Yes, someone actually called and asked these things as I was being rung up.) It's tools inside a store. Go look and if you like, buy the tools.

This Harbor Freight Tools is one of the best I've been to the cashiers are very helpful and everything seems to be well stocked in the store and their tools are always had a great price and good quality to
