This 711 is not 24 hours it is NOT listed that they close from 3:00am 6:00am.
The new workers are friendly than the last crew. They should advise customers of the hours of operation.

Any time I go into this 711 the staff seem like they do not care people are in the store. Often on their phones or talking to each other while people wait to be checked out. To make matters worse I placed online orders on several occasions and they chose not to answer the orders but let them keep coming in??? Horrible service they need to change something

Horrible. I will never spend my hard earned money in this place again. Suffering from a sore throat, I visited this 7/11 on 9/6 to buy a hot tea with honey and Tylenol. Unfortunately they were out of honey packs so I decided to buy a bottle instead. The price of the bottle read $4.49. When I went to make my purchase I was charged $7.29. Of course I bought this to the attention of the cashier but his response was“the price went up”. I showed him the $4.49 label, he read, took it from me, crumpled it up and threw it on the floor and said again “the price went up”. With my throat on fire I left everything on the counter and walked out. I refuse to spend my money in a place that does business in this manner.

The workers there are very rude and very mean and very disrespectful and they should never work in establishment as such as they should be fired ASAP

After a long day at I decided to stop at this establishment to grab a light meal. The food on display was old and severely dried out. I was willing to order double of what was available but the employees refused to accommodate me. I never will set foot in this store due to Poor Service!!! I will be contacting corporate as both employees refused to give me their names, and proceeded to talk about me in their language. The attitudes I received will not be tolerated!

Very poor service. I was racially profiled and treated harshly when asked to use restroom. I was told there was no facilities that could be used due to Covid -19. I also asked the clerk his opinion of the surrounding area as I was new to the area. He proceeded to speak to me harshly. I told him calm down I meant no harm. At this point i showed him my ID as I am a first responder. He then offered to give me the code to the restroom and started to speak to me politely and professionally.
