Excellent experience in this store! I came in to do the trade in and they were very nice when they took my phone to ship back. My son was with me and they were so nice that he's asked to go back again soon. If I need anything more I will return to this store for their assistance!

The knowledge, expertise and service is top-notch at this location. Nickaya was super kind and gracious. She found creative ways to address our issues, looked for ways to save us money and even stayed late, making sure everything was resolved before we left. While always making us feel welcome. An extremely positive experience.

Kiya was Amazing she spent 2 hours helping me with an insurance claim. Over an hour of that was spent on her personal cell phone because I had cracked the screen on my phone! She went above and beyond to help me. Never once did she back down from the company giving her push back while remaining very personal. Thank you to her and her co worker Shaylee. They were true life savers that day!

**Update**
I change my review to 5 stars instead of 1 based on the help I recieved today from Shaylee. I called up to the store because I did not see the credit showing. I cannot express how much Shaylee helped, not with just calling the main store manager and checking on the credit, it was her follow up too in making sure to call me back and get it handled. Her empathy overall on the phone and just helping. If I had not upgraded already I would go to the store in a heartbeat and do through her. Thank you Shaylee 😊

**Original Post**
Came into this store on Thursday 1/25. This was not the store I ordered from, though I was unable to go to that one on that day.

I had recieved my new watch Monday 1/22 and did not open the box at all because I decided I wanted the 43mm instead of the 47mm.

A representative by the name of Kyle came to help me and I handed the box to him. He then started to take out a pocket knife to cut the tape and I asked him not to. I advised him that I was told from the store that I ordered to not open if I wanted to exchange or if it was not right so I would not be charged a restocking fee.

Kyle's only words were they lied to you, I advised him customer service said the same thing, he said they do not know much or how it works from store to store. He then opened the box to my watch. Stating he has to also make sure it was in there. IT WAS PRETTY CLEAR THAT BOX WAS NOT OPENED AND MESSED WITH.

I was so upset I just asked for my watch back and left the store. Called Customer Service and spoke to a Nel. She advised to go back to the store and talk to a manager. I did and spoke to Nickaya. At first they were going to do nothing. She explained the were an authorized dealer and because I did not get from them then they would charge the $55, I would have to go to the original store I did the order. I let her know that was understandable and the Rep could have just siad that and gave the watch back unopened, but Kyle did not. He just said the other store lied and proceeded to open the box when I asked him not to. She agreed with me he should not have opened and they would credit me the $55.

Went to the store I got my watch from yesterday, SAT 1/27, being advised that I have to pay the $55 and what they credit would go towards my next bill. If the box would not have been open I would not have to pay the $55. This is from the store at Kellogg and Greenwhich by Walmart. And there is still not credit on my account from the store for opening my box.

After being with AT&T for 14 years, I am over the upgrades and their service. This will be the last time.

We went in to the Greenwich location to transfer three outside lines to my husband's existing account. Kesha and Shaylee were both wonderful. Transferring lines from the outside carrier took some time, but they were patient and so helpful. They even made a few suggestions to save us money on our bill. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a great experience at this store. Nickaya took great care of us with our purchasing of a new phone and transferring accounts. She was super kind and helpful with keeping our 3 year old busy, too!

Kesha and Kiya was wonderful. We had a lot to accomplish and they out did them selves for us. Would recommend this store to everyone. Best customer service. Not to mention the patience theses ladies had. Amazing.

BEST customer service ever! Cam, the store manager, helped me today with incredible patience, commitment and determination to solve a problem that would not have been possible elsewhere (and certainly not over the phone!). As soon as he understood my problem, he wanted to make sure it would be resolved in a positive way, no matter how long it took.
Thanks Cam! Keep up the good work and you will soon make your store the best store in Wichita KS!

(PS: I never send reviews but I promised myself I would because the manager deserved it.)

I hate going to deal with phone issues, but Nikaya changed all that. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and made the process seamless. I won’t go anywhere else.

This store was AMAZING! All the staff was very friendly! Harrison helped us switch our cell service over to AT&T. He was very knowledgeable in everything we needed to do. He even found us the best promotions and discounts on our new service. He also ported everything over from our old phones to the new ones. I highly recommend this store location to help you with all your needs!!!

This was a very nice experience, one of the best customer service we faced so far. Cam did really a good job helping my husband with his phone issue and giving a lot of respect to him as active duty solder which was really nice

This is a very new store and was stoked see one right off the high during my daily commute. Tabatha and the rest of the staff were so helpful in getting my upgrades completed and helping with whatever other questions I had. They had great team work. Will be glad to work with with them again!

I went to the Greenwich rd store and had amazing customer service from Cam and Jamel and Kenzie . Everybody was very helpful and willing to help . Me and my husband just purchased new phones and smart watches
