“As a regular patron of this Target location, I am consistently impressed by the shopping experience it offers. This store has become one of my favorites for several reasons. Firstly, it always seems to have exactly what I'm looking for, and more often than not, I discover items I didn't even know I needed - a quintessential Target experience. The store maintains a high standard of cleanliness, with products neatly organized, contributing to a visually pleasing environment. One notable feature is the presence of an armed guard at the entrance, which instills a sense of safety and reassurance. Despite their serious duty, the guards are surprisingly friendly, and I make it a point to exchange greetings with them, as they seem appreciative of the interaction.

In terms of pricing, I find the majority of items to be reasonably priced, and I must mention that the cheese pizzas offered here are as good as the Starbucks drinks within the store. Furthermore, the food section is impressively stocked with a variety of options ranging from fresh fruits and vegetables to essential pantry staples like bread and ice cream. The availability of such a comprehensive selection makes it convenient to pick up a few food items while shopping for other necessities.

While the layout of the store is generally easy to navigate, finding assistance from staff members can sometimes be a bit challenging. However, I have found that when approached, the employees are consistently friendly and helpful. Despite the occasional difficulty in locating them, their assistance is invaluable when needed.

Overall, this Target location in the Bay Area exceeds my expectations and stands out as a top destination for my shopping needs. Its diverse inventory, cleanliness, friendly staff, and convenient food selection make it a preferred choice for me."

Happened to stop to get a few items while in the business near by.
This store was offering many special deals (example, Mrs. Meyer’s Clean Day dish soap at $2.49 (limited to a few scents?)).
And many Christmas & Holiday items were also in a clearance sale.

I believe there were thefts at this store by criminals and possibly the store is guarded by an armed security company.
I appreciate Target stays in this location and serving the community even with the cost of guarding the store and thefts might offset the cost of running the business at this location.
I think locked up toothpaste is a small price to pay to keep this store at the current location.

Had a real good experience here. They were open late (11pm), and i was able to find what i needed quickly. Store was clean and organized. Well lit parking lot at night. There was actually a small satellite police office at this location. Easy to find and well stocked. Was actually a real nice target. I was told it never get crazy crowded. Definitely was not at 1030 pm.

The store was actually well stocked surprisingly but there is a worker named RoLando he went above on helping me on finding certain items I needed. But it was a definite plus on service.

I went to Target for a light for my refrigerator. It didn’t take me long and didn’t have to ask where I would find them!

Richmond Target is local to where I live and so convenient. The staff are super friendly & hardworking. Shout out to the gentleman that’s outside with the carts, don’t know his name but he’s been working there for years. No matter what he’s always polite and smiles.
That location is always stocked and clean.

One of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Ken helped check me out and I was helped right away to my product of choice. And then the kicker was being told thank you and have a good night by someone important looking when I left.

My neighborhood friendly target is awesome the customer service is good some cashiers are nicer than others. My favorite is and I love the drive up service they provide Having kids and juggling other matters in life I’m so grateful for this drive up service! Shout out to target shoppers! We were greeted at the door by a very welcoming Target employee. She was very helpful answering my question about where to find something in the store. There was a very kind attendant at the self check out, who guided us to the open check out station. It was a very nice experience. Thank you!

I hope that Lupe see my review as well as her manager. Lupe has great customer service and was very positive and did not crack under pressure. I almost had a panic attack after purchasing a Acer laptop two weeks ago, lost my receipt after paying cash and could not do a exchange after learning that Microsoft Apps are not free or installed. Lupe had excellent customer service and informed me that I can get free Microsoft services as a college student. Thanks to Lupe I'm no longer overwhelmed and stress and can start on my college paper tonight. Lupe you the real MVP stay blessed.

Target is the best place to get whatever you need

I had an encounter with your associate Addy, she asked me if everything was okay and literally looked over my items I was paying for. Shows she really cares about customer satisfaction. Keep it up!

Target has always been one of my all time favorite stores. This location in particular is very well organized, stocked with a great selection, clean, and it is very clear that they are going above and beyond with COVID-19 precautions.

I just want to personally thank those involved with making Target a safe & welcoming place to shop. Ashley & Sylvia to be specific, and everyone else who exercises the corporation's core values.. Be proud.

I love the way Target sets up the categories in the store and the seasonal items in the front of the store and I love the new, big, and plastic red bag!

The staff at Target in Richmond, CA was extemely helpful. Two people helped me to find the department that I was looking for. Another person confirmed that I had selected the camping nightlight that I had found online at Target.com before I headed to the store, and she confirmed that I could ask for the price that I found online, which was less than the price showing up on the in store scanners. When I took the item to the register to purchase it, a cashier helped me right away, and when I showed her the price of the item in my Target phone app, she honored the lower price and told me that I could always ask for the price that I found online or in the app. I think the cashier's name was Imani (I'm sorry if I did not spell her name correctly from memory. I had hoped that her name showed up on my receipt, but it did not), and she was very friendly, efficient, helpful, and knowledgable. Everyone I encountered at Target Richmond was extremely helpful!
