Nice selection of locally produced cheese. They have taste testing available inside. Employees are quick to help and will offer their knowledge however they can. If you go inside the gas station portion they also offer jams, jelly, and locally produced honey. All products were reasonably priced

Amazing cheese shop along I70 between Kansas City and Denver! You have to try the smoked cheese curds!!!

Very pricey, and disappointed it's a teeny tiny little add on to the gas station. Not what we were expecting. The cheese tastes wonderful, sausage taste like any other sausage--- but will not return. Smoked cheese & sausage can be purchased MUCH cheaper elsewhere without going to a crowded gas station on the side of the highway.

Expensive mediocre cheese, tried to buy a blackberry pie but was given an apple one which I didn't see until I was way down the road and it was gross and inedible. Waste of time and money.

Use to be the go to cheese maker, new i70 shop advertises hours but closes early and looks at you like trash for asking if still open.
