AT&T Store

This AT&T store is the best! Super friendly and knowledge staff, and they never have a long line. Alex there is awesome, he helped me get a new phone and get everything all set up. 10000/10 would recommend!

The ATT store in North Kingstown has an AMAZING staff. I spent OVER 9 hours on the phone with customer service with my current provider, Ver., and ATT. I should have just gone directly to the store. They were able to offer me a great, inexpensive plan, as well as trading in my current i-phone13 for the i-phone 14 pro FOR FREE!!! Alex, and his manager Andrew went above and beyond making this process faster, easier, and much more enjoyable than the on-line customer service reps!! They were truly wonderful!

Just upgraded my phone at ATT North Kingstown,Ri and can’t say enough about Andrew your mgr and Alex his Associate. Extremely knowledgeable , helpful, patient and pleasant!! Went back for follow up questions and was received in the same manner. Please acknowledge them well…I’m passing on my experience to family and friends. Employees like them are few and far between!! Thank you!

What a great service rep at the post rd east Greenwich AT&T store. Damian the rep there was so understanding and patient with me. I’m not tech savvy.

We just left the AT&T store on 6670 Post Road, North Kingstown where we were helped by Andrew. He was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also very patient and thorough when helping us with our accounts. I highly recommend this store, which was immaculate, and of course Andrew, who was the best.

Damien was excellent quick service just when I thought I would be in there for hours he took less than an hour was very helpful!

This store is great. Kane helped me out switching from another provider and really friendly. Answered all of my questions and set me up quickly. I called again today, I wanted to get more storage, and Jen provided a great experience. It is really nice to have a place so focused on customer service. It means a lot in this day and age, and I appreciate that commitment.

I came in to get a cellular plan for my Apple Watch and between my husband and myself worked with 3 different sales staff. They were not only extremely helpful but also friendly and knowledgeable! While I was there I witnessed a salesperson, Seun working on behalf of a customer and an issue on her bill. I feel she was working extra hard to find the answer that her customer was looking for! Great staff and great experience!

Jean was a very huge help for me today. I needed a new phone and he found me the best deal. I have been coming to this store for almost 20 years ago. They have always had the best customer service and I buy all my phones from here. If you live in or near North Kingstown and use AT&T this is the place to go.

I'm crazy when it comes to getting a new phone after my old one breaks or no longer works. A lot of anxiety builds up because there's pressure to have a phone in this day and age and yet I want to do the research and make a decision that is right for me.

The employees at AT&T in North Kingstown were extremely accommodating. I went there about 4 times before I had made a decision and probably received help from everyone on the payroll.

Extremely kind, informative, knowledgeable people who understood my predicament and showed patience in return. Ahkeem was the lucky guy who finally got to sell me my brand new Galaxy S21. I left the store smiling and confident I had made the right choice.

A sincerely thank you to the store and the workers who assisted me. You got me through a tough predicament and for that I am grateful.

We came to this store to upgrade our phones and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service we received. Andrew B was so very helpful and not pushy at all. He took the time to explain everything to us and and made it a very nice experience. If you need to go to AT&T, visit this location - you will not be disappointed.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and gave us an honest take on a lot of our options (as someone who knows a lot about phone deals and these kind of options I could tell we were getting a great deal). He was able to explain a lot of the complex offers in a very straightforward and simple way. If you are ever confused about the options and curious if you could save a lot of money here, then you should definitely stop by (and in terms of money per plan it is definitely cheaper than competitors)

Excellent customer service. I didnt have to wait long and the transaction only took a few minutes (I purchased a new SIM card to switch to my new phone) The employee (I believe his name was Christian) was very personable and explained everything in terms I could understand.

Very fortunate for me, that I ended up coming into this particular AT&T store!! thanks to Adam's help, I've finally resolved the issues I've been having with my phone!! This is the 2nd AT&T store I have been too...Not to mention multiple phone calls ro customer service!! Frankly, I think the guy ( Adam ) that manages this store was simply more invested in *helping* me and really cared about fixing the problem for me! This is *MY* AT&T store from now on!
And as a nice bonus, there is a lovely French bakery and deli next door, where I'm able to have a wonderful sandwich on fresh baked bread while I use my newly fixed phone!! :-)

Andrew, at the North Kingstown AT&T, was SUPER helpful, polite, and patient! He spent hours trying to help me with an old and corrupted i phone situation and really pulled off the impossible. During and after which he showed me the ins and outs of the iphone 11 pro of which I am now a happy owner. Kudos Andrew! The kind of employee every co. should be proud to have!
