Great group of workers pulling together to get the job done right.
They could probably use more help, but they written hard to get your order perfect.

Amicable people, they made me feel welcome. This is my new go-to Starbucks location. Professional, friendly service, great coffee, and setup. One of the few Starbucks you can walk into.

This Starbucks is one of the better ones I’ve been to. Always clean and the staff is very friendly. The drive through line was very long so I went inside. Everyone was working so hard to get the drinks out in a timely manner. I even was able to talk to the manager while she was making drinks. She is super friendly and makes delicious drinks. My drink came out faster than I expected with the long drive through line. They have a good system to keep the lines moving. I will be making this my go to Starbucks. Don’t forget to tip! :)

Super sweet people that work there! I usually get a caramel crunch frap without whipped cream and with nonfat milk, it's honestly super great. They're such a friendly staff and take their time to ask you how you're doing.
I'd LOVE to come here every lunch break, but I don't want to spend a lot each time. You definitely pay for what you're getting though.

Phenomenal hospitality at this location. My partner and I needed a warm, quiet place to work after a recent windstorm knocked out the electricity and Wifi. The staff here went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. Seems like they have excellent, caring management as well. They will forever have my business.

The absolute best Starbucks location in Rhode Island. This store is run by an amazing management team and personable and welcoming baristas. Judging by some of the reviews below, some people are extremely hard to please. As someone who has been in the industry before this job truly is thankless. But the baristas always are warm and welcoming here and keep the atmosphere light. This location rarely has its hours changed, the same can’t be said for the other locations that are struggling with staffing issues.

This will always be my go-to Starbucks ! You guys are the best!

As someone who frequents Starbucks often, this location is at the top. With that said if you don’t anticipate waiting , I’m sure this can be frustrating. However I know making the coffee, craps and food items is not done with a snap of your fingers. Reading other reviews is quite sad that folks are reviewing poorly as they’re asked to put a mask on and because they failed to read signs that you can place your order through mobile app and pick up in store or order in drive thru…. Several occasions I’ve witnessed customers being asked nicely if they needed a mask and flat out refusing to wear a mask…. So pick your items up in drive thru. Any staff I have encountered go above and beyond for each of their customers. If their order is not made to their liking , as far as I have seen, re-made without hesitation.
Being a customer facing business is never easy but on top of the pandemic - the employees dedication and hard work as noticed. So thank you Starbucks in EG !

The most friendly staff at any drivethru anywhere. Whomever hires and trains at this location should be applauded. Great employees. I also heard the woman at the drive thru telling the other staff they were doing a great job. This is also very nice to hear.

The local stand-alone chains have really stepped up their game. I typically look for mom & pop coffee shops when I’m traveling, but when I can’t find one I look for a Starbucks. The two dozen or more experiences I’ve had in the last couple of months have all been good. Consistently.

Stopped coming for a bit because the quality had dropped off but it seems to have improved again. Enjoy their tea more than their coffee but there are some days where tea will not cut it.

They are so sweet and professional here, especially the guy with the Spongebob pin and embroidered name tag. Drinks always come out great, I’ve only ever had one wrong order and they fixed it with no issue.

I love that is opens at 4:30am for us early birds ! GREAT Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino!

I go to this starbucks almost every Monday, Tuesday Friday and Saturday morning at 5:00. Sophia and her crew are wonderful. I always get the same white chocolate frappucino with soy milk and caramel. I forgot to say soy milk and they remembered my order and fixed it for me. In the words of Tina Turner.. they're simply the best. I've been to starbucks in multiple states and this one is really outstanding.

Stopped in for some beans and hot coffee. I was having some trouble with an App discount and the young lady helping me was amazingly pleasant and patient, going above and beyond what I expected. TOTALLY made my day!

Good coffee always but they were out of a lot of items which they can’t be blamed for, that’s just supply chain shortages due to COVID so 5 stars regardless.

They always get my order correct. They are friendly and accommodating. They are quick and drinks/food always taste great.

I’m aware that this store is closed but I won’t give a bad review just because of it (y’all are so rude for doing that) I love this location and the staff is fantastic. I always tip big when I come by, and my drinks are always right.

Not a Starbucks close to me so when I saw this one near OSVS I had to stop. Best latte ever! Very clean and very nice staff.

Nice and bright. Much better atmosphere than other Starbucks. Delicious Cafe Latte
