Always go here for shipping needs and Amazon returns. They go the extra mile as well and are really nice about it. Joey really helped me out with a color print job that I needed quickly. This store is super convenient to get to, it's always a pleasure to do business with Joey and the young lady there is friendly and helpful. I needed to ship breastmilk overnight and I was relieved and happy with the extra care and service I received, Jr he gentlemen joey went out of his way to really make sure this shipment was top priority and safe. I have been back quite a few times and there's never a disappoint.

We operate an in-home business and have used the 1199 Federal Hwy UPS Store as a "phantom" business address for just over a year. We find the staff very friendly and professional. When mail arrives they immediately email us which saves making unnecessary trips to the store. Our business also involves extended travel so when we're away they will forward both our mail and packages to our location. We highly recommend the 1199 So Federal Hwy UPS Store in Boca Raton as a business address for those of you who work at home and would rather keep that address private.

Never been here before and I had a bunch of amazon returns with a 2 year old. The sweetest girl ran to open the door for us and got me taken care of in literally one minute. She was the best!!!!

Always a pleasant experience. Everyone is kind and helpful any time go in to ship anything, and glad to know there is a notary there...which I recently learned and have used a few times when I couldn’t make it to my regular notary.
