Just had a great experience with the pharmacist at this Walgreens! Adnan (I hope I got his name right) went above and beyond to get my prescription filled before the holiday! So grateful!!

I have had wonderful experiences at this pharmacy. I had switched pharmacies a few times because of rude staff experiences, and at this Walgreens that has not been the case. The staff are efficient and very polite. I had been thinking about switching my prescription to a larger amount to avoid frequent refills and the woman behind the counter practically read my mind and helped. It was such a relief and I left so impressed.

I work in the Sales and Marketing industry. My hours are very long and I stoppped into Walgreens to pick up multiple items. Tired, exhausted, and walking the ailes trying to stay awake and remember what I needed to pick up. One your employees Jennifer came over and noticed my stress;was above and beyond helpful. If my company was hiring I would hire her on the spot. It's late, some strange people in the store and she took time to sincerely help me find items in less than 5-10 minutes. Usually do not write reviews, she deserves recognition and I personally would consider her for a higher level position. If more employees treated customers as she did;people would to drive a few extra miles as I plan to. She could train the other employees from all stores and guarantee your customer service and revenue would improve. Business starts from the bottom. Personally I was a CVS customer and plan to give Walgreens another try. Horrible service in the past, unprofessional, and zombie like employees. Your store has definitely improved. Thanks again to Jennifer I appreciated the genuine help and her friendly demeanor. I do hope this review is recognized by management and not just stars.

I needed a photo printed on the fly last night and the employee Ray who helped was just over the top fantastic! Customer service at its finest. Friendly and helpful I could tell he genuinely cared about what he was helping me with..about the job he was doing. He cut the photo down for me, put it in the frame and even rang me up right then and there! Wonderful experience. If i need anything while I'm here in Boca, Walgreens is sure to get my business! Thanks Ray the photo was a hit!

Hobbled in on crutches yesterday to pick up my prescription and the wonderful man at the pharmacy realized my struggles and went out of his way to grab an over the counter item I needed from aisles away! He also applied a coupon. Made an awkward day such a bright one. I love the staff at this Walgreens!

As an employee, I love working here. Just to inform everyone, our pharmacy is not open 24 hours and the hours are on our website. The STORE is open 24 hours. As far as the person complaining about not getting his pain meds from the pharmacist, next time give one star to the DEA. If you try to have the pharmacist give you ANY type of controlled substance early, you are putting yourself and the pharmacist at risk. The DEA will be at your door and somebody's career will be destroyed at the same time. Just food for thought.

Pharmacist Jan was beyond extrondinary. He took the time to explain some medication to me and explained some risks that they could have on me as a first time mommy in her first trimester. He was without a doubt such a pleasure to speak with and very personable. I definitly feel comfortable going back to him with any other questions i might have.

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and always will be. We are going through tough times and the staff is awesome. Don't mind the haters that don't understand what it takes to work during these times and they always come through. Thank you for being there for me.

Most professional, patient, helpful, compassionate, and well mannered pharmacists in south FL serving me since 2016.
On the rare occasion they don't have a speciality medication or requested brand name they order it for me in one business day, as long as it's put in before 2pm and meets all county, state, federal, and safe dispensing regulations and doesn't negatively interact with another medication. (My doctor would never write a treatment plan outside of this but on three occasions I have overheard them make corrections for other people, two of which could have resulted in fatality if not caught by these professionals.
They also work closely together with my doctor to ensure I'm on the optimal treatment plan. In 2018 it is rare to even find a mom&pop location ofering this quality of personalized customer service, let alone a large corporately owned chain!
I'd like to thank Sergio and Caroline who are the pharmacists and Alyssa, Jazmin, and all other techs!!!
