I wanted to extend my gratitude to an exemplary employee here in the TV department named Daniel. I called wondering about a specific TV with not a ton of experience in buying in this market lately and he saved me from making a horrible decision based on the preferences that I articulated to him over the phone. He convinced me to get the proper TV for my needs and insisted on walking me through the process smoothly and even accompanied me at the loading dock, on the floor, and to the cashier line. Really good dude and a valuable employee here. 5 stars!

Bought a sectional couch from Alfredo at the store. He was very helpful and got it delivered within 2 days. I bought a tv and soundbar the day before. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I've been buying from this company for 40 years. They ALWAYS have the best selection of appliances and electronics, and no one can come close to their prices. I just purchased a refrigerator, and the same model was $300-500 more at Lowe's and Home Depot, and they didn't have anything close to the selection that BrandsMart USA had. I don't know why I wasted my time looking elsewhere.

Had an absolutely incredible experience with Thomas! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. If you go to this location at Deerfield it is worth waiting for Thomas. For all your appliance needs!

Best place to come and shop for all your electronics and home appliances including furniture such as couches. The location is very convenient as it is right off of i-95 and Southwest 10th St. The sales people are very friendly and can help answer all your questions and needs. If you're shopping for home appliances such as washers and dryers, oven range, refrigerators etc. look for Bob Fox on the top floor. I'm leaving a picture of his card here.

Step 1... applied for credit
Step 2... credit was granted
Step 3... went to tv sales Mgr
Step 4.... all hooked up and delivery scheduled
Step 5..... out the door in 40 minutes

Quick, easy, fair priced, delivery/setup was great, all in all....

I always find better prices at Brandsmart.

For all your shopping Needs from small electronics to appliance's they have it all.. Only challenge is return it b4 30 days or you can not return an item there after. Remy a manager was courteous an allow me to exchange my surfboard for a stronger one. Over all experience was lovely..

I bought a freezer at brandsmart Deerfield location and when i came to pick it up, they were all gone. Upon canceling the purchase an employee name NEIL gave me his freezer that he bought for himself. This made me so happy. I went from being disappointed to being elated. That is what i called superb customer Service. Brandsmart should be happy to know they have such caring employees working for their company. I would recommend people to go to this store because of my great experience that i had. Thank you NEIL for providing such superb customer service towards me.

Im giving these stars to these three employees,to Katherine ,Dorvil and especially KRYSTAL . These women were nothing but amazing . From the hospitality to the patience they had with me .( I'm a new arm amputee ) so I just might need a tad more help then a regular customer . Krystal I'm forever grateful for your customer service . She showed me my options in different products and gave me her Honest Opinion to all my questions ,,this is what our world needs more people like these 3 Ladies

I like shopping at Brandsmart, but I can't stand it when some of these sales representatives are rude and unprofessional. I live in Sunrise, Florida and I can't shop at my local store due to their sales tactics. I have to drive 15 miles to a another store where the service is better and I'm treated with the respect I deserve. However the store is not the problem, is the bad service we get from some of the employees and how they treat a costumer. That is what gives businesses a bad name. Then again that's my opinion. I still love the store.

I found what I was looking for in the furniture section.: a memory foam mattress with the base and a Cannabis pillow called Malouf. Yes it’s true. Is a pillow treated with a CBD infusion. If you don’t believe me, please check up this picture

Nice selection, bit limited but enough for home appliances

Good competitive prices. I had to return an item and it was easy. The refund went back to my debit card immediately. Staff is friendly. Good variety of products and brands.
