Extremely accommodating, my radiator hose burst and they quickly provided me with a replacement hose. Additionally, they went above and beyond by offering assistance if I required any further help.

Doyle was very helpful in removing my battery to check on it while I was at work. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication in which the manager, Justin saw to it personally that I would be able to get the help I needed to get home. An associate Matt installed my new battery just before closing (as I wouldn’t have been able to get there in time) and they were very friendly and helpful in the process. I even got a discount for the inconvenience and now I’m comfortable knowing once I get off I will be able to have transportation home :)) I’m really happy with my decision to come to this oreillys

Went to get replacement radiator drain plug. They do not carry the drain plug individually. But my radiator is only four months old so they were warrantied the whole radiator. Problem is I have to put the labor into pulling old radiator and installing new radiator to replace a plastic drain bolt. And I had to pay $8 so I could invest all the labor into their faulty parts. The desk strip did help with a solution to hold it over until the new radiator came in. And he also said I could talk to the manager about getting reimbursed for my shipping since it was warranty.

I needed help locating a copy of a receipt for some items I purchased. Not for the purpose of returning them, but for expense reporting and tracking for my company credit card. Andrea went above and beyond to help me out. She took her time and made sure that I got that dumb little receipt!
So if a manager reads this, Kudos to her! Give her a raise or a paid day off.

The young guy there was very helpful. I was just about to buy a used Cadillac SRX after he put it on the machine. Seen old codes had been erased. Helped me dodge a bullet. Soon as I pulled off check engine light came back on. Thank you so much.

Tom and the rest of the team at this location are helpful and friendly, and do a great job explaining possible issues with your vehicle and finding the right parts you'll need. This is our go-to spot for vehicles!

Called in with a part number to see of they had it in stock. They didn't have it but were quick to offer to get it to the store. I was on the road, passing through Little Rock, and since the part wouldn't be there in time, albeit it was still within 2 hrs of me calling, they gave me the address and directions on the route I was going to get to the store that had the part. EXCELLENT customer service!

Always takes good care of customers and good employees there. And they are good at talking to the Customer. The store in otter Creek is only one I recommend. 100%

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They usually have the parts in stock,if not, they can have them there the same day or the next morning at 10am

My experience was great! I just hate that most guys assume that I have no idea what I'm talking about. When come in with part numbers that's what I want nothing else
