I want to thank each of the staff members for providing the best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Crystal has been amazing. Each person is very friendly. They greet you with a smile and go the extra mile. I hardly ever see that kind of attitude in businesses anymore. I have started to feel like family instead of like I'm interrupting their day by being there. Thank you so much for being my pharmacy. I have never just dreaded to have to get in contact with y'all because of the total package you present. It's always a good experience: I feel like I matter not just as a customer but also a person. Whitney and the crew at ExpressRx are hands-down the friendliest, most helpful people I've encountered at a pharmacy. I switched from Walgreen's about a year and a half ago and I am so thankful for their effort and kindness. They know me by name, they get prescriptions ready in record time, and they even know the flavor of lollipop my daughter likes. I can't recommend them enough!

Hands down the best option for your local pharmacy! I just moved here from a Big box pharmacy down the road and it’s been the best stress free move I’ve made in a while. Whitney is easy to talk to and fantastic at doing her job. She keeps me informed on all my medications and answers any and all of my questions. Plus - you can easily get someone on the phone - no long menu options with no one to ever pick up.

ExpressRx at Otter Creek is the easiest pharmacy I’ve dealt with in a long time. Friendly service. They certainly don’t mind helping the elderly when needed while not being pushy. They’ve answered all questions and explained everything very understandably. I will recommend them to anyone in that area.
