AT&T Store

I went to the store to upgrade 2 phones. My sales rep Richard met me shortly after walking in. I explained that I needed 2 phones and really didn't want to change my plan for the time being. He provided 1 phone that was available in store and ordered the second one for me. Very polite and respectful.

My experience is always great here!!! The manager Durell is amazing!!!! Eliza went above and beyond!!!! Will be back!!!

Liz was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional in resolving my account issues. I visited several other ATT stores with minimal customer service skills. This store truly outshines all others in the area! Highly recommended for prompt service and professionalism!

Chris helped me he was very informative and really cool!! He explained everything and was very nice! It took a long time but only because the wifi service was really slow for some reason but his performance was excellent! And yes I will go back to the store just to deal with him!! And I love my new phone!! Thank you Chris!!!!

Thought we solved the problem with my phone but as soon as I returned home it started all those stupid ads again 😒 SO I will head back tomorrow. But the Mgr did say it might take a couple of times to clear it, and he was right

Josh was absolutely amazing! He was diligent in getting any issues I had and addressed all my questions! As a parent setting up a child with a phone is never an easy task, but he definitely made the process seamless and easy for both me and her!

Major outage today effecting thousands of customers I stopped at my AT&T store and talked with Chris. Excellent customer service from him and he also explained about the outage. Great customer service *****

Outstanding service is why I have been a AT&T customer for 30+ years. I went in today and we bought a IPhone 13 and a Samsung A52. IPhone replaces a IPhone XR and A52 replaces a S9. We were met by Richard and he was a tremendous help and answered all of our questions. He made great suggestions and we placed our order with him in the store. Also met Dominique (mgr) and he thanked us for our business. I have used this store for over 7 years and have always been very pleased. I definitely recommend AT&T and the Alcoa store. Ask for Richard.

I recently visited the store on ALCOA in Benton. Meredith waited on me! She was Fantastic! I walked out with Amazing deals that not only provided upgrades in my service, but saved me money across the board! She took her time with me, assessed my cellular needs and inquired about my Internet and streaming services, and she was honest about where savings could and could not be had in making certain switches! She was incredible! Best customer service EVER! Now I know why that location is always busy, because they are a fantastic group! If you walk in and have to wait, it’s worth it! I made an appointment this time and Meredith met me as I walked through the door! Great experience!

The 3 gentleman working in the store this afternoon were phenomenal. I dropped my brand new phone in Kroger, and the screen landed perfectly on the wheel of the buggy. Thankfully the sales person that sold me this phone highly recommended the AT&T glass screen protector. I was hesitant to spend $40 on a screen protector. But that includes lifetime replacement Of the screen protector for just 8$ per incident. Well, today that paid off! The store was super slammed. But those guys were incredibly helpful in working me in so I could be on my way with my groceries in the hot car. They didn’t even know my circumstances regarding the groceries. I’m just throwing that in because it’s relative to how much it helped me out. I’m thankful for the crew working there and knowing how to handle a busy store.

Josh was wonderful. He was very informative and helped me get set up with the right plan for me. All of the other employees were super friendly. I will recommend them and the store to any and everyone.
