In a moment of desperation with all our RV batteries dead, they not only helped us jump them but also allowed us to charge overnight in freezing weather. It was snowy and my rv solar battery died due to no sun when these gentlemen saved the day. They generously volunteered to give me shore power from their store to my heater so we would be ok throughout the night. This is a business of grounded individuals that our here to serve the community. God bless these two Stephen and Cadence and this business, one of Little Rock’s finest! Can’t thank them enough.

I have had nothing but exceedingly great service from this location for the last 5 years that I e known about them. I want to give a special thanks to Cadence for going out of his way on this 104 degree temp day to help me with my battery. His customer service and experience deserves an A++ but whether it’s him, John, or Jordan, I’ve NEVER been dissatisfied. I’m rocking and rolling and ready to hit the road again!!! Went to purchase a simple battery earlier today. The service was very efficient and quick, and the staff was extremely kind. This won’t be my last visit!

These guys were top notch all the way around. My truck’s battery was dead down a bit from their location and they were willing to come and give me a jump and test my battery and alternator for issues; all for free. Then they offered another battery for my truck at a great price and installed the battery for me at no extra cost. Very awesome guys and great experience.

Very pleasant experience. Nice lil chat with Stephen about deer season and a quick fix to something I know nothing about:) honestly made my day.

My key fob died, I didn't know how to put new batteries in it. Brought it to this location, and not only did they know how to open it, but they also had the batteries, of course. They put them in in about 2 minutes. This store has gained a loyal customer!

This is my go to place for my marine batteries. I went in Saturday afternoon with a dead trolling motor battery. Employee named Cadence was amazing. Installed my battery while I waited and at a very fair price. He even refused a tip when I offered. I will be back!!

I had been searching for a battery around town and was frustrated by the high prices and lack of installation services. But then I discovered Battery Outfitters, and they exceeded all my expectations!

Not only did they have the battery I needed in stock (unlike another place that sold it before I arrived), but their prices were unbeatable—$100 less than the local auto part stores!

The true highlight of my experience was the outstanding customer service provided by Stephen, one of their representatives. I called in a desperate situation, and despite Battery Outfitters being 25 minutes away from where I live, Stephen went above and beyond to help me. He told me if I could make it by 6:10 PM (they closed at 6:00 PM), he would sell me a battery and install it that night.

I raced against time and arrived at 5:50 PM. Stephen welcomed me warmly and promptly took care of everything. He not only provided me with a top-quality battery at an unbelievable price, but he also installed it for free. The level of service he provided was exceptional!

To top it all off, when I tried to tip Stephen for his outstanding assistance, he humbly declined and suggested that I use that money to buy a homeless person dinner. Inspired by his kindness, that's exactly what I did.

What can I say…if you’re not using them for all your battery needs you’re missing out. Stephen provided exceptional service replacing the battery on my Garmin! The screws were not cooperating but he worked his magic! Thank you 🙏🏼

Amazing customer service! I brought my work van up to them, I had overloaded my batteries on my inverter system. Stephen was amazing he was able to reconnect my wires, and order me new batteries. I highly recommend them and will be back anytime I need batteries. They really know what they are doing and extremely helpful!

Steven helped me, he was super friendly and helped me change the battery out. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and absolutely painless!
