Walgreens

I am so grateful for this Walgreens. The staff are always helpful, and unlike every other business in the community, they are open until midnight and REALLY are open and dependable. You won't drive there and find a handwritten note put in the window by an employee saying they decided to close early. The lines at the pharmacy are just about the same as any other pharmacy. People complaining about this location should try going and sitting in line at Walgreens in Benton sometime.

Employees are always friendly. Pharmacy speed is an 8 on a scale of 10. Not quite as fast as a mom and pop, but lots faster than the local grocery store. I was going to dib them for allowing a customer without a mask to stand in line at the pharmacy, but decided it really isnt their place to police customers. They accept Singlecare, which saves me about $60 per month over the mom and pop.

Marla, the pharmacy tech, and Mariana (I believe), the pharmacist were awesome. My prescription had been transferred incorrectly and I needed a vacation override since I was going out of the country soon. They both worked so hard to get my prescription fixed and get my vacating override done. Both which were very long, confusing processes. They were so patient and apologetic about the wait and the errors, even though it wasn't their fault. Thanks for being so excellent!

8/9/16 @@6:40 it was only one lady there. Very sweet and nice. Great conversation. She got my daughter medicine out super fast. She seen my daughter was in real bad ear pain. And didn't waist time. She also ask did the doctor tell us about OTC medicine for her pain. And told me what to get. THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM BOTH OF US.

I have had excellent services from this location. They have treated me respectfully and with knowledge after I move my prescription from Sams and Wal-Mart.
They seem to care and look out for customers in this Pandemic. They have called me during the Pandemic to let me know about certain products and I am appreciative.

Employees were very helpful. Only needed to put some money on my card and I wash sure how to do it but they were very quick to help me. Took less than 5 minutes to get in and out.

Jamie helped me so much and was so cool and kind. The manager was also very kind and funny. Love them.

Always eager to help even though it's always extremely busy. It's the only Walgreens that remembers my name and I'll always shop there.

I really enjoyed my shopping experiece. I was greeted with a warm smile and they helped me find the sale items.

My favorite location they are always so friendly and sweet. Would love to work on their team.

Clean store, friendly staff. They all wore masks and had hand sanitizer available at the check-out.

Great store if you get the right attendent.
