Staff courtesy, product selection and freshness are all wonderful as always! Discovered the Marketplace Indian Hills has the Soda Stream Cyclinder Exchange Program. Kroger is my one-stop shopping experience.

It had what I needed workers all polite

All of the lanes were open, and the lanes moved quickly. The self checkouts all worked properly, too. The store was well stocked and the areas clean.

This particular location of Kroger in the North Little Rock/Sherwood area is the best of the local Kroger. This store is clean, well stocked, and the employees are generally friendly. At high peak times, the store can get very busy. I love the selection of items and the organized shelving. Very good store.

Fruit is getting better. Overall, best Kroger to shop for food.

I placed a clicklist order that was for a donation of around 2800 items. The gentleman at the store called me, we talked through a plan, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100% ready for me when I arrived. They had a team there to help load items up and it was the absolute best experience I could have asked for! Thank you, Kroger team for your awesome and hard work! It is extremely appreciated!

Customer service was so patient. & nice to me. Today was a hard day for me but he was sympathetic to my frustration & made me smile again. He didn't rush me or make me feel like I was a bother & I felt way better when I left after completing my business. Thank you for being interested in providing personable service.

Best grocery store in the NLR/Sherwood/Jacksonville area. It has everything you need, even unique items you cant always get at walmart, it’s clean and there’s never a line at checkout

Fresh produce, workers busy assting customers all over this well cleaned and organized. I pass up other kroger's to shop here. Large sign on each aisle indicating products. My favorite Quit cashiers. Quality food. Try it you will like it.

Clean and well stocked. Use the digital app for the 5x coupons and save a ton. The peak hours are between 4 and 7 weekdays and 10am to 2pm Saturdays and after church Sundays. The store is always staffed well though. Parking gets a bit tricky of you go during the rush times.

The most Awesome employees very helpful and polite!!! Whoever came up with the idea of Checklist; My husband and I would love to Thank you!!! Thank each and every person that assists in preparing groceries to be picked up. No one knows how greatful we are... I'm disabled and unable to get groceries without it putting me in bed for days!!! You guys did it!!! WAY TO GO!!! I can say again "I got groceries today." It isn't that big a deal to those who take for granted the small every day things... Always has what I'm looking for, plenty of selections. I live in central LR and drive to NLR location specifically because of this. Not only better prices, but bigger store meaning more varieties. Meat department and bakery are always exceptional when needing assistance. Sushi bar and gas pumps are also a plus.

Normally this is a great kroger to shop at. Im starting to question a few things tho. Past few times i have seen alot of frozen (supposed to be frozen at least) foods just sitting on pallets in the middle of isles, as well as thrown in baskets at the front of the store. I would think those things would be a priority to get put up. That would probably explain why theres ice built up on icecream containers that are in the freezer already...to the point you cant even read the labels.

This is the best Kroger in central Arkansas. The produce selection is out of this world. Organic, dietary needs foods and specialty items are fantastic. The meats are vast and fresh.

Yolanda, in the deli section, was so friendly and helpful! She introduced us to a great selection of meat! It was a pleasure to speak with her - such a great experience.

Pharmacy staff here were rude and disrespectful to me when I attempted to return unneeded medication and secure the copay for the medications. Staff backed away from the counter and put their hands up like I was going to come across the counter after them. I am 72 years old and can barely speak because of lung disease.
