this place is always helpful and very courteous the area manager usually works there he is very smart and intelligent in the technology that he sells I would recommend anyone to go there to get a phone or service they have excellent service since AT&t owns their towers I've been with cricket now for 10 years and they've always been faithful and good to me I would recommend anyone to go there to get a phone or service

Amazing store and staff...they take their time, ask qualifying questions, and don't try to over sell you on items you don't need. The GM, TJ, and his team are super talented, and worth the drive if you are not in the North Hills area. I strongly recommend that you check them out!!!

I visited this location a few weeks ago and I experienced the best customer service thus far as a Cricket customer. I have been a Cricket customer since January 2015 and most of the other stores I have dealt with were very rude and inattentive to the customers needs. TJ and his crew were fantastic in assessing what I needed and also mindful of the frustration that I was experiencing. This is hands down THE LOCATION for your wireless needs!

After a futile experience over the phone with Cricket customer service, I went to the North Hills store to ask questions about their mobile hot spot device and how it would affect my plan. Not only did Sandra answer all of my questions clearly and professionally, her co-worker Clint said they had one in stock even though the online Cricket store said they did not.
Clint set up my hot spot device while training Sandra on the process. He seemed like a great trainer, and I was very grateful that he took the time to set up the device since the process would have been extremely frustrating for me.
Both were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient.
And, as a side-note, all the employees were wearing masks, which made me feel safe and comfortable.
I would highly recommend this Cricket store.

Previously a Metro customer I decided to locate a cricket store to seek satisfaction, because my coworker convinced me, and search for a new phone. Devin was spectacular 🤩😻. Outstanding customer service, I left Metro crying upset and through the mist of it all Devin kept a level head and talked to me like I'm human. In other words he repeated a few facts to make sure that I understood and reinsured access to my account. Thank you Devin for being awesome.

My mother visit the local cricket on McCain blvd and I must say the young lady Nataveiah did an outstanding job not only was she pleasant but she was very patient! I totally recommend this location! Great job Nataveiah!

i went there to upgrade my phone and Devin was very helpful! he guided he through everything with ease and i left within 30 minutes. great store and i will be returning.

I went in the with lots of questions and concerns about my billing information. Tj cleared everything up for me in a timely manner, and was very knowledgeable to what was going on. He even saved me money on some features I didn’t need.

Clint was very welcoming and friendly guy. He really helped my grandma all through the process of getting a new phone and he truly knows about phones and how to sell them.

My phone was giving me problems. Took it in to the store and Clint was the best. He not only fixed it but he showed me things I didn't know the phone was able to do. Have already told to friends to ask for him.

Elena is an amazing customer service representative. When I asked about the quality of Crickets headsets she helped me till all my questions were answered. Can't ask for a better representative.
