Office Depot

Office Depot supplies all my printing needs. Each time I use them, they are prompt, courteous and efficient, often offering suggestions to allow me to accomplish necessary tasks. I always recommend them.

Went in to get some personal printed pads and Bella and Veronica in printing made it the best decision I have made lately. They were both so helpful with a smile! Very pleased with the finished product-I will be back soon.

I always get service above and beyond expectations. I just bought an Epson printer that I've needed for several months at a great price, the result of two advisors on two separate visits providing me excellent customer service. I've been using this particular location on Lewis in Tulsa for several years. I have always been extremely satisfied.

Fast and friendly service. Came in for an ink cartridge for my printer and they definitely had me covered. What a great inventory! The cashier even let me know if I return old ink cartridges. They would credit my office depot account $2.00 each up to 10 each month. What should great deal rather than throwing them away.

I find the store clean, organized and stocked. Prices are competitive most of the time. I get $2 credit for each ink cartridge I return. I like Office Depot.

Dropped into the local Office Depot on south Lewis to buy Brother printer cartridges. (Make that trip way too often.)
Found my cartridges and during checkout the cashier asked if I knew about the cartridge return policy. I did not and he explained that OD will buy back used cartridges for $2@, max 10 per month.
Found that info helpful and will no longer toss cartridges, but save a little money each time I purchase new ones by recycling the used for credit.
Very personable and pleasant associate.

The staff at this store was so helpful, friendly and professional. They had my invitations ready in a couple of hours when I was on a time crunch and they were perfect. Price was so reasonable as well. Can’t say enough good things about my experience. Would highly recommend if you have any printing needs.

I needed a print job done very quickly for a conference and Bella in the print center at the Lewis location in Tulsa. Oklahoma was fabulous and Veronica the manager was so helpful during the checkout process! 10 plus for going out of their way to help!!!!

If you ever go to Office Depot, make sure to go to the one at 7286 S. Lewis Ave., Tulsa, OK look for Miss Veronica. She is amazing and very helpful.

The service was quick and associate was very knowledgeable.

I was greeted upon entering the store. I explained what I was looking for (a printer) and after explaining my specific needs, was helped to narrow down the choices to the perfect printer. they were very helpful with other purchases and also took the printer out to my car. Very happy with this store.

I liked the girl who helped me. She went out of her way to solve the problem I had, and she had a very good, kind, and helpful attitude.

Got scammed by another company on a pair of gaming chairs for my kids for their birthdays, so instead of risking ordering online again, I decided to try to shop local, even though I didn't think I'd be able to find the same colors that I had ordered.

Went into this office Depot location and found two gaming chairs that my kids would like, but they only had one in stock and the other one was at another location here in town. These chairs were advertised on a sale price from $300 down to $130, and I went ahead and went over to the other store to find out that the chairs weren't supposed to be on sale, and that the 71st and Lewis store had missed changing out their signage. So the 51st and memorial store sent me back over to have me work out the price with them.

Anyways, long story short I walked back into the 71st and Lewis store and spoke with Veronica and she said hey looks like the sign is expired but we're going to honor the price anyways and she did a stock transfer from the other store so that I could get that same price on that chair as well so I got both chairs at the expired advertised price of $130, plus she gave me an additional discount on the chairs for the trouble of having to go back and forth between the stores. She also gave me her card in case I had any trouble picking up the other chair after I had paid for it.

Even though driving back and forth was a little bit of a hassle, but not really a big deal, she provided excellent customer service and I will be back!

They were a big help finding what I needed. They always have a big selection and help me find what I need.
