AT&T Store

Visit on a Saturday around noon and no other costumes were in the store. The rep at the store resolved my phone issue quickly.

Zach was most helpful in answering questions and on our new phone purchase!
He is very knowledgeable and helped us understand the whole picture and got us set up on a new phone! Best service we have ever had at an AT&T store or any phone store in general! ! Top notch! We feel like we really made the best and smartest purchase for our needs without any over sale at all!

Being new to the Canyon area as well as the USA I was completely blown back by Ashley and her exceptional Service she understood my needs and concerned and treated me like I belonged instead of like a foreigner like another store I went to. The Ladies working there are very knowledgable and super nice. They are also great saleswomen. Immediatly disclosed rebates and perks without being asked. Ashley started out with "Hey this is what is available right now" and saved me a TON of money. Also suggested my wife check on her rebates that a corporate store neglected to disclose. BONUS. We are loyal ATT for over a decade and this location is our goto from now on. Great job folks.

I was having some technical issues with my phone. I had gone through corporate, who helped as much as they could. I went through Apple and dealt with the manager, named Latoyia. She was amazing and helped me tremendously! However, the work that was provided by the two individuals located at the Canyon store, Damascus and Tyler, I can’t say how much I appreciate the time (over 2 hours) they spent helping resolve a problem! If I have additional issues, I guarantee I will contact them first to help work through any technical support that I may have with my new IPhone 11 Pro!!
