Love the coffee here! We tried some pastries this time and they weren’t “generic” tasting like from a box, but were quality and would definitely get again. Love the atmosphere here too with all of the seating.

Great drinks, super friendly staff, and great location on the square. Recently, I took my dog to the vet up the street and like to treat her to a puppy cup from Palace. They are always so nice and oblige, and made my drugged up dog's day!

The BEST surprise in this sweet little town. They are the most kind and charity oriented. The music and ambience is cozy and fantastic. Oh yeah, and the coffee is on point. Would give more stars if I could.

Super chill place with lots of options! It's a go-to for a lot of people I've met out here. Perfect place for Lo-Fi coffee study and work sessions. I haven't had any of the snacks/food, but the coffee is strong which I love. You can tell a lot of their syrups are actaully homemade by taste. Great place!

They catered my wedding and the coffee and hot chocolate was delicious! I would recommend!

We have a short two day visit to Canyon and needed our morning coffee. We found Palace Coffee Company and were not disappointed. Mallory was very friendly and Lou was very efficient. We ordered two Americanos and they were delicious. We will return tomorrow on our way out of town.

I frequent the summit location & haven’t visited the Canyon location in a few years. Really impressed with the staff , super friendly people. Very warm welcoming environment to pair with great coffee !

We were visiting from Ft Worth area to hike in the Palo Duro Canyon. With luck we found Palace Coffee on the Square. Great staff, friendly and engaging, who served us excellent coffee drinks. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere that had that local feel unlike those corporate big chains. Stop here for a good cup when in Canyon.

My partner and I stopped here during our trip to Palo Duro Canyon. I own a coffee shop in Austin and I just want to say WOW. From customer service, to quality of beverages, Palace knocked it out of the park. I especially want to highlight Mallory! She took her time helping us find the right drinks and making some recommendations to check out in the area. From over hearing other’s conversations I can tell she has such a great rapport with her regulars and even guests that have visited one or two times. She is truly a gem and exudes such a positive energy in the space it’s contagious. Keep it up Mallory and if you ever move back to Austin I’d love to offer you a job! ;)

An incredible coffee shop with original specialty drinks as well as the standard ones, housed in a beautiful old building with a wonderful atmosphere. I got the Lavender Latte with Almond Milk and it was crazy delicious with just the right amount of Lavender (good aromatic presence but not overwhelming flavor.)

Extremely friendly staff, amazing food and drinks, great music, and a nice, dimly lit back lounge room. Very cost friendly as well. Basically checks all the boxes. I couldn’t recommend a place more.

Came to visit friends and stopped by to get some coffee. Best pour over I’ve had in years! I usually don’t go on goggle to post reviews but this time…it was a must. Our barista Elena was so down to Earth and gave us so much knowledge about our Aponte coffee. Palace in Canyon feels like home away from our 15 min away home (Amarillo)
