AT&T Store

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with sales representative Viha and I must say , it was an experience worth praising.Her combination of professionalism and warmth made the entire process not only seamless but joyable.Her knowledge was impressive and she effortlessly guided me through the options,patiently answering all my questions.

I had a truly wonderful experience today with the staff at AT&T in Huntington on New York Ave. Let me start by saying, though I consider myself to be fairly tech savvy as a marketer - I have always DREADED the process of switching over devices based on negative past experiences.

When I called today and Ed picked up the phone - his welcoming tone & attitude put an ease to my concern and I decided to come by and upgrade to the iPhone13 Pro. The process which I feared would take hours took under 45 min (if I didn't have so many photos maybe it would be less). Ed and his coworker, Anthony were incredibly helpful in answering any question I had and made the overall experience an absolute pleasure. I can't even get over how nice and sweet they were! They really put joy into my entire day and I simply had to share!

Came in for tech support and to review my account. Christian is by far the best rep I’ve ever encountered. He took his time explaining my bill and fixed the issue I’ve had with my phone. I highly recommend seeing him for all your wireless needs.

I was a long time T-Mobile customer before switching to AT&T. On September 30 I decided to go the store just to look at the iPhone 13 pro max they had on display, little did I know the kind of welcome I would receive by Anthony who ultimately convinced me to switch and worked patiently and ensuring I had a smooth transition . He answered all my questions as annoying they may have been he never stop being professional. I highly recommend this store if you are an existing or new customer.

Without a doubt the best customer experience I've had with AT&T. Jay is knowledgeable, always pleasant (despite my giving him almost daily problems), and very time efficient. I have multiple phone for the people in my company and he keeps us running smoothly as well If there were 6 stars, I give that to Jay and the store he manages.

I was looking for a new plan and came across AT&T while searching. My experience at AT&T has been pretty good. Store is quiet, clean and has great customer service. Managers well respected when asking multiple questions as well as the same question over and over. Purchased multiple apple products for my family and I. Will be sticking with AT&T in the future. Huntington Village AT&T was very impressive in the time and effort they spent unlocking my vm. It was not an easy task & they did not give up. They get all my business from here on…

5 stars for Yury and the Huntington location for AT&T. He was extremely helpful in switching me from my previous carrier, and getting me set up with a new device. There were multiple customers and he addressed everyone and helped them in a timely manner. Well done Yury top notch customer service.

I have been a tmobile customer for many years and switching to AT&T has been a great experience. Fast and really good service being places that I never got service with tmobile. Unlimited everything(not free of course), I totally recommend AT&T being your carrier you wont regret!
