hello, we visited the UPS store today in the store number 4873 in Santa Rosa Beach and we met the most magnificent employees here one is Rebecca Bailey Jazmin what's your name Lisa Rebekah, Nicole oh and I tell you they just really were a blessing so we'd like to thank you so much for being here. Of course there's not very many UPS stores in the area so it basically keeps us from traveling too far around the city to find a UPS store. Thank you so much and have a great Day.

Miss Bailey and Miss Rebekah were outstanding in their professionalism and helpfulness with my packaging and shipping needs. I have a small eBay side hustle and UPS is invaluable to me for shipping costs, boxing and prep, and helping me get my sales safety delivered to my customers, thank you UPS!

I had shipped signs that were extremely important to a job I was doing in town via another shipping company to my work venue. I learned mid-afternoon that the other shipping company had put the wrong address on the order and I would not receive them in time. I frantically called this UPS Store and asked them if they could print 200 signs front and back. They had the order to me within 2 hours. Incredible service. Absolutely saved my butt. Very happy with this store!

This is one of the best UPS stores I’ve used. The staff is super patient and so willing to help. I’ve been there many times and I’m always pleasantly surprised how kind they are. I visit this area frequently and really am happy they are nearby. I use them for mailing, printing, faxing and scanning.

I’ve only been to this ups store a handful of times now for quick shipping or returns, but every time I’ve been impressed with how there is rarely a line, someone immediately comes up to the desk to help, and they are always friendly and polite!

I have to brag on the service given from all of the employees at this store. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help with anything, and do it with a great attitude. Recently, I had a color print job done. It was going to be a little while so I went to run a few errands. Before I knew it, it was five minutes until closing time and I had to have the stuff I printed. I got lucky and caught almost every light. But I was still a few minutes late and Justin waited on me. I was so relieved!!! Joan always has a smile on her face and is willing to help me with whatever I need!! I love this store!!

I’m VERY impressed. I had a company fall through on getting my business cards to me before a big event. I went in to this UPS Store 30 min before close and Cody was able to get me 100 business cards in about 15 min. Thank you so much Cody!

I’ve used UPS Store at Grand Blvd for things and always experienced great customer service.

Recently I had a rush design and print job that was turned over to Justin. Not only are Justin’s creative talents impressive, he is a delight to work with and someone I highly recommend. I look forward to working with him in the future.

"Amazing Employees Take Time Out to Greet Each Customer and Ask Them About Their Day" would be the headline for my article in the New York Times relating my experience at this UPS Store ... if I were a columnist at the New York Times. Sadly, I'm just a customer... and not even a decent writer. I am, however, an experienced mailbox renter, package receiver, and package drop-er-off-er. If you are looking for knowledgeable employees, a pleasant stress-free shipping or mailing experience, and reasonable prices - then you should stop in and speak with them. All of the employees at this location are exemplary - with Mia being the stand-out. Always professional and with a ready smile, she's a perfect example of how staffing an organization with top-notch people will always guarantee its success.

This is my 8th year, everyday walking into The UPS Store at Grand Blvd. We use this Grand Blvd, UPS location personally and for our business.

It's owner Kevin Dooney and his amazing staff members like Joan Laroche Ellis, that continue to make local business great in this town!

Dedicated, reliable, helpful and friendly. We continue to use their excellent packing, shipping, postal box, printing and copy services. If we have a rush, they go all out to extend an extra arm to help.

Not only have they become an extension of our business, but I feel like they are also extended family. Thank you for all you do!
