Starbucks

Went in the drive thru today to try some drinks I saw on tiktok. Today was my birthday and I didn't have the app but the handsome young man, his name was Vincent I believe was so nice and cheerful towards us and made my drinks taste so delicious! Made my birthday all the more special. Thanks Vincent!

This Starbucks store in particular has awesome customer service🤗! The people smile and are very friendly even though my orders are kind of picky.

Our go-to walk location when we're visiting the area. Today was the first time our dog had a pupcup, and staff were pretty excited about it! Thanks guys!

The staff here are the kindest Starbucks I have ever met. They also do a wonderful job at making coffee!

Quay and his team of barristers are seriously amazing! They treat you like you’re a lost friend and checking up on our lives. They are busy but they still take the time and ask how you are. I love coming in here. Quay knows me because I go to Starbucks in PCB since I live out there. His personality and his work ethic is honestly top notch! For real y’all should give everyone a pay raise especially Quay. Thank you for being you Quay! 💖

This Starbucks, like most in the area, always does a great job and is contently located just off 98. A fine example of the brand. I stop in for a quick cup of coffee whenever I’m in miramar Beach or visiting Grand Boulevard.

This is my favorite stop each morning 🌄 wish they would have a local discount option for regulars.

Great place. Shift manager Justin is awesome. My drink wasn't right and he fixed it and taught his co-worker how to do it right at the same time. Starbucks is lucky to have such management material there. Good job!

Quincy honestly deserves a raise and a promotion. He is one of the best baristas I have ever had the pleasure of coming across, thank you Quincy for the amazing customer service!

First off I need to say the employees in the morning here are absolutely amazing funny caring, and just awesome. A few of them I would like to mention Qua,(sorry if I miss spelled)
mackenzie, Jubilee, Michelle, the manager Alexa and there’s a few new guys and gals that I can’t remember their names yet but I come here every morning to get my coffee and it’s so nice to see the employees take the time to get to know their customers even though they’re super busy just goes to show you with good leader ship. Great things follow excellent job Michelle you have a heck of a team there.

Very impressed with all the employees at this location. They are hustling behind the counter to make what seems like 1000 drinks per minute. Very friendly and professional as well. Seems like a super team of workers.

Super busy location. Don't be in too much of a hurry. But they're friendly and fast! And the coffee is great 10/10 would recommend

Busiest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The people working there do a great job with the amount of flow they have to deal with. Our drinks were all correct too.

I’ve only had positive experiences at this location. When you go to any place like Starbucks you have to have compassion and understanding that no human is perfect so there may be mishaps here and there. Today in particular I had a very positive experience, they were very busy but got my order out in a timely manner. Special thanks to Jay for asking the correct spelling of my name. He was very kind & efficient! :)

While visiting Destin, Fl, I stopped at this location and the team member that took my order, his name is James, went above and beyond to get my detailed order right. Very nice and friendly young man. Kudos!!

The wife made an online order via the app to this store. Unbeknownst to her the app rerouted the order to the other store in town. After waiting around 30m we showed the Mgr our predicament. They were SUPER busy but promptly made our order so we wouldn't need to trod further into town to grab food and drinks to kick off our drive back to Ohio. Dedicated to customer service.

This Starbucks is top notch! I order from here almost everyday and it’s always ready for me when I show up (unless their packed but I don’t mind waiting then) I’ve been going to this Starbucks for almost 8 years now and they call me by name when I walk in every time! Everyone here is extremely friendly and their customer service is impeccable! No business is perfect obviously but they do a great job of making sure you leave happy!

Busy location but the staff is great, they work quickly and efficiently and it only took me a week of daily visits for the staff to remember me and help me out sometimes by making my drink a little earlier, since I work in the area cleaning up after tourists. But again, it’s always super busy. If you’re a tourist, you should try to venture out and try local coffee shops and let workers get in and out of Starbucks.
