Great customer service. Two different register check out areas. One as you come in from the exterior parking in the front of store. The second register is closer to where the store is open into the Promenade Mall. I called first to make sure they had what I wanted. Easy to get customer service on the line. Friendly on the phone and in the store. Lots and lots of sports equipment and sports clothing.
Glad I went here.

I have been out of the USA for work the last 3 years. Going to this sporting goods store was like a kid walking into a candy shop. Soo many options and amazing gear and apparel. I don't like shopping but spent a good hour here looking around. The staff were helpful and friendly.

I bought a pair of shorts and my phone kept falling out of the pocket. They were gracious and made the return easy for me.

They did not have exact golf club grips I wanted. But salesperson was very happy to take my order for them. Suppose to be shipped to the house in 5-7 days. Very helpful and saved me a trip to golf galaxy. Thanks alot. The putter grip I purchased was just what I wanted. They did not have my size in golf shoes. They said they could order them. But I didn't have them order them. They might look right but maybe don't feel right , if you know what I mean

I would like to thank and give a big shout out to Luis (bike tech) for going above and beyond to make my experience buying 2 mountain bikes for my kids a pleasant one. Luis' superb customer service was nothing short of exemplary. He identified a potential problem and swiftly rectified the situation within minutes. Luis needs to be recognized for a job well done. Too often, the people behind the curtains don't get enough credit. Way to set the bar high, Luis! Thank you again!

Had new grips put on. Dropped off and picked up in less than 2 hours. Cutter was awesome! Great service!

I love this place. They have every sport covered when it comes to gear. Pricing might be a little higher than some other places, but the service I have always received when shopping is outstanding. Supply chain issues have definitely limited some of their supply lately, but overall, I have always found what I needed.

We received excellent, knowledgeable assistance in the baseball bats by a young man who currently plays and knew the specifications. Thank you. I wish I remembered his name!

Great selection and in stock! I didn't know Carrie Underwood had her own line! Nice surprise. I walked right by the Nike section. It was huge, but Nike has alienated me and I was a Nike girl. Not anymore...
