I come to this one if I can, because of Jordan he is so helpful.

I had to get a couples things done and I didn’t have no idea what I was doing. This wonderful employee Rosi, she helped me and she went above and beyond helping me. I will definitely be coming back this store. Keep up the good work:)

I started coming to this store after a bad experience at the McGinnis ferry one and have been coming in ever since just for the customer service. I always have a good time talking to rosi and Jordan and they always make my experience quick and easy.

I left an iphone in a Hilton hotel near this ups store., and the hotel chose UPS to deliver it to me. I live in San Diego CA, and even ground delivery is outrageously expensive. associate went above and beyond, calling me to get approval for the charges before sending the package; and he was efficient and helpful in assisting me with delivering it to a continental US address for a much lesser fee. I received an email with the tracking number and a kind note minutes after ending our call. I so appreciated them proactive and professional handling of my package. The phone was packed perfectly and delivered on time. Thank you again.

After a very unsuccessful and unpleasant experience with other UPS store we were forced to look into other options for shipping our beloved pet turtle to our new home in CA.
UPS and the staff at this store was amazing and helpful. They were kind and considerate. They answered all of our questions so that we were prepared with the turtle packaged up according to their rules. He was taken in a small Rubbermaid container with air holes and a wet towel for moisture as he is a lake-dwelling turtle.
He was safely transported to CA from GA and made it there 15 mins ahead of his scheduled arrival time.
Thank you UPS for getting our pet across the country safely!!

I have had my business mail box at this location for almost 10 years and the owner & his employees were always been good help. Especially when I am in hurry, I can quickly drop the package & not worry. Most of all, I feel comfortable taking my kids because they always welcomed with big smile. I am keeping my mail box as long as I live in Georgia.

I went here to ship a package recently and Yujung helped me and she was really polite and explained everything clearly to me so I had a great experience. This place has great customer service and I was greeted with a smile.

So been this store for dropping off packages and this store is always on spot. All three associates was spot on. All three workers were spot on. Thank you for the great service.

This is the Best UPS Store. Associates are very kindly and professional. I visited them for couple questions and they answered very nicely.

On Sunday i left a package on the floor saying please send it when they were closed. The next morning i called them and they said they received it and they will take care of it. GOOD SERVICE

I go here all the time. Great customer service. I strongly believe the negative posts are due to people accidentally posting to the wrong location because the people here are great.
