I have been going to this Best Buy location for many many years and have always had a wonderful experience, especially with certain employees.
The last few years, Lizzie has helped me out with several purchases and is phenomenal. She just takes the time to help you find the best price for what you essentially need, and she takes the time to explain everything and I just bought another computer here.
She also helped my mom with a new computer who is not great with technology, and was nervous, but Lizzie took the time to explain things to her and answer every question she needed to feel confident in what she was purchasing. I live next to a couple besties that are closer and I always come to this one.

Thanks for the immense patience of the staff here today. They started the day with no power for an hour then me, who was stressed and impatient for a pickup. They never stopped smiling or being helpful and I appreciate it greatly. They kept me sane. Definitely recommend for online shopping and pickup, even in craziest circumstances.

This location has great customer service. I had to visit to return a faulty Corsair Saber RGB computer mouse as the switches in the mouse were bad.

I obtained a replacement and asked if I could test the mouse at one of the computers. Unfortunately, this mouse also had the same issues. I returned the mouse for a logitech one and am happy with my purchase.

Customer service helped me locate the aisle where I could get a replacement.

Ordered a TV for pick up just after 7pm and then realized that curbside pick up stops at 8pm. I decided to take a chance and just head in to see if I could pick it up early. Wilbur helped me immediately by pointing me in the right direction and Alex at the curbside/customer service desk made everything work out smoothly. He even went to get my TV when no one else was available to grab it for him. Then Alex and Wilbur carefully and safely placed it in my car. It was quick, pleasant and I appreciate their professionalism. Now I’m home enjoying my new 75” Samsung TV.

Placed the order online.
When we were told it was ready, we went to pick it up.
We arrived and we let them know through their link that we were in the line.
Waited for a few minutes and someone came out to find out what was happening (only person in the line).
No greeting, no smile, almost like a chain-gang.
A TOTALLY IM-PERSONABLE experience.
Guess that is the future.
For $15 difference (X2) it would have been the same to buy from Amazon.
There is no basis for the usual complaints from Brick and mortar stores unless they really get the right personnel, and train them thoroughly, to interact with customers.

Good place to buy various electronic items. Could order online and collect later in person.

The nicest Best Buy that I have ever been to. Clean, organized, well-stocked, and staff which are available. Simply a great experience and they will be included s thank you note in my bag,vehicu I discovered when I got home. If you have a choice of Best Buys to go to, go to this one.

This really is the only store for electronics. I recently purchased a TV on sale. Couldn't beat the price.

I was looking for navigation for Europe but I couldn’t find it finally a guy work this store his name is AIDEN he help me a lot he was so friendly and polite I hope most store hiring like this guy thank you so so much dear Aiden and Best Buy I don’t have any chance to get more than 5 star to him he got best best costumer service

My favorite tech place

Staff at this one, are my favorite in a 35 mile radius. Sometimes they are out of stock, but sometimes stuff is locked up in an odd location, so double check with an employee if you don't see something and/or the website says it's available. Easier to find employees available and willing to help at this one. My kids even love going shopping, when we go here.

Great Tech selection! They also sell flat-screen TVs at unheard-of low prices to start. They offer every type of TV available! You can shop online and pick things up at the store. I've bought a 4.5 CF Mini-fridge, phone cases, a wireless HP Printer, and more at extremely attractive prices. The associates are very knowledgeable, well-trained, and friendly, with a sincere desire to help. Finding someone to help when it's very busy is sometimes a challenge though, and a little patience is needed. The Best Buy GEEK SQUAD is invaluable! They will repair, set up, and help solve any issue. They even make house calls! You can't lose shopping at Best Buy. Nothing compares!

Ron the manager is the best! Very kind and so helpful, that's why all his stuff are kind and helpful too. Store is clean and organized! Everyone is so attentive with the line for their customer service. Overall the BEST BEST BUY in Maryland!
