T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Went to TMobile today. I'm just going to apologize in advance, because I think the two that helped me was the assistant manager, and the new manager. I believe they're names are Kj, and Leah. 10/10 took care of my family, and got me brand new internet while also saving me money in the process. I appreciate them. Don't bother going to the one on normantown, go to this one.

I had a good experience at the store with Julian and his team. I’m not very tech savy so I had a lot of questions. Julian was patient with answering my questions while also mentioning other benefits I wasn’t aware of. Thank you guys again!!!

Justin and Abbie are the pinnacle of what top tier customer service is. After frantically driving around to multiple T-Mobile locations (because no one wanted to answer the phone), I finally called this store and was pleased to hear not only that they had a 13 pro max in stock, but they were willing to help even with 15 minutes left before the store closed. Both representatives were kind and helpful, and they have earned any future business from me even if it's farther out than my local store. Thanks again for helping me out in a pinch, and I hope others will be more inclined to shop in store here as these two are the best. 👍

Great customer service! I had an emergency and went in with my toddlers, not only was the staff helpful, but so patient and kind with my children. They fixed my problem and were more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this store!
