I Love L.A

Out of my entire trip to LA, the store’s staff impressed the most. The cashier was extremely nice and helpful and reassured me with a quality of the purchase (chocolate bar). It was a good purchase and a pleasant store experience!

Love, love souvenir shopping! This store is the store to shop. There was so much to choose from I wanted to purchase most of it. I love the cups, shot glasses and shirts with the logos. The pens and pencils even have logos. I love the magnets and snow globes...so colorful and beautifully crafted. As I was looking at the magnets I saw the perfect one but someone else picked it up. This wonderful woman told me to take it but I could not take it from her...she was so nice! I chose something else. When I got to the counter, the cashier told me she would have helped me but she was busy. Out of nowhere came this wonderful woman named Irene, walked me over to the place where I was desperately searching for that magnet and she looked through what looked like the store's supply of magnets. The magnet was not found. I was so honored that Irene not only took the time to search but was also so pleasant while searching for me! That is was made the visit to this store wonderful! Thank you Irene and the very nice lady who shared her magnet with me!

Very nice and helpful staff. Cashier went out of her way to ensure we had all the parts needed for our purchase and informed us once packaging was opened, we'd be unable to return. She left the register and brought back the part she assumed we needed, to ensure we understood. This was above-and-beyond service and appreciated.

Lots of gift to chose from. Helps when you don't have time or chance to shop when visiting the city. From snacks/ drinks to a variety of keepsakes.plenty of staff for quick check out when time is of the essence.

I love ❤ LA located at gate 51 terminal 5 of LAX at 1 World Way, Los Angeles, CA 90045 is a very good convenience store to buy needs on the flight such as books, candy soda, and other items, snacks etc.
Well staffed and they are quick !
