You can tell the new management took really good care of hiring great customer service representatives. It was a great experience, professional and really honest.

This store is the best one out of all metro pcs stores!
They found the problem quick and fixed it even quicker. They are really fast. Love to come here when I have a problem with my phone. That's my spot!
