The UPS Store

I walked into the UPS store at Water Tower Plaza in Arnold, Missouri, and I swear, they must have had a 'Speedy Gonzalez' training program for their staff. I barely had time to pick my jaw up off the floor before they'd already packaged and shipped my items. The service was so nice that I think they sprinkle kindness on their morning coffee. They've got the 'UPS' in 'Unexpectedly Pleasant Service' down to a science!

Clerk 21640 was very sweet! She had a smile on her face and she made sure my granddaughter got a sticker. She had a name tag on but I had a little one with me, so I didn’t catch her name but very good customer service ❤

We needed some boxes shipped off for Christmas and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and it made the transaction very smooth. The store is very neat and clean.

By far the best UPS store! When I lived in Oakville, I purposely drove to the Arnold location because they were so much friendlier. Now that I live in the area, I’m so happy that this location is so close. I am here weekly and I have never once had a bad experience! The staff is so friendly and always helpful! I highly recommend this location!

Stellar store! Sending packages can be super overwhelming and stressful for me.. Maddie was awesome! She was super helpful and made it a pleasant experience.

I would give this location 10 stars if I could. I have been a mailbox customer for years and have frequented this location. Recently, this UPS store has undergone a change of ownership. The staff and the new owner are very focused on customer service. They are great! I would definitely recommend this store for printing as well. I will be sure to tell all of my friends!

New ownership makes a difference! I recently visited this location needing to both ship an item and print some business documents. The workers, and especially the new owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitely tell that customer service is a top priority for the new ownership!

This store is great! They have a new owner as of 2 days ago. Wonderful staff! Helped me print documents, notarized, and scan the documents for me. Charged me very little. Store was very busy, staff was super polite and friendly to everyone they greeted!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a mercari seller, this place means everything to me. Making money during the COVID times has been extremely rough, but this ups store is a lifesaver. After switching from the post office to ups due to multiple packages being lost, I can confidently say this is my favorite location. Fast, easy to work with, and very quick. Unless someone is getting something copied or faxed, the lines are very quick and easy to get through. I’ve only had one instance where they mixed up packages, but I think that was my issue. the workers are always very friendly and easy to communicate with, making the whole process of dropping off packages safely and easily very reliable! 5/5 for being my favorite ups location in the St Louis area!

They were quick, had all the information they needed, and very nice.

Stopped in and needed to print a contract out for a real estate auction client (mine was missing a few pages). They were wonderful, it was fast and the prints looked great. On my way to sign the deal in no time. Very fair price and the best UPS anything I have ever had (other stores have not even come close to this store).

I use the location frequently. The BEST customer service of any I have used in the past. All employees are customer oriented. They are friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
