Benchmark FR

Been to safety clothing stores all over North America. Never had customer service and tailored options to FR clothing like Benchmark. I was measured and had custom fitted pants in my hands in less than 10 minutes. They also slimmed the pants for a modern look. If you want comfortable fitted FR denim and don’t want to look like a cowboy this is the place to visit. Stop settling for baggy, poor fitted, stitching all over the pockets. Picked up 4 different button ups that look great tucked or untuck. Looking forward to testing the quality and see how the materials hold up in the field!

They’ve got a great selection of FR gear, the neck gators have been fantastic throughout the last few years. Stickers as well, solid material.

This is my go to store for my work attire and some casual ones as well. I’m part of the oil & gas field and I get all my stuff here I’m trustworthy of it and I love it ! Joe helped me he was cool and helped me out. Definitely ask for him

When it comes to health and safety I buy the best gear because I'm in them longer than my dress clothes. Benchmark FR makes very solid Arc and Flash resistance clothing, made in America with a lifetime warranty. Which is unheard of. All for less then you would pay at a work store or outlet. I've been rocking there beanies, smocks, ski masks, undershirts and skull caps. The staff is very friendly and even gave me a discount.

If you or a loved one has a dangerous job please don't buy the cheap chinese stuff or fire-resistance that fails after 20 washes. Wear proper PPE and be safe out there.

Lot’s of things going on, so must be a good note taker and good at multi tasking.

Work environment is great, everyone is helpful. We helped each other out when needed. There were different cultures but everyone worked together with no issues.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
So many fun aspects working here, it’s hard to list one thing but I loved working here and I’m still good friends with everyone.

I love this store and the customer service

Benchmark is a great company to work with. Upon receiving my order I had an issue with the shirt I received so I sent Benchmark an email and Erin immediately got back to me. He had another shirt sent out to me with a return package for the original shirt.
After wearing the shirt a bit, it is definitely one of my favorite work shirts now. Super comfortable and great quality. No more foreign FR for me!

This company is TopNotch! The customer service is beyond what you would imagine. Great quality products and clothes are actually in fashion. So kind, so informative and they take all your needs into consideration. I was blown away by the service we received today. A hard fit to find FR clothing and they hooked us up and had pants altered in no time. Will even do custom fits if needed. Can't say how impressed I was. Will be a customer for life when needing this specialty line and will surely refer them out whenever I can. Thanks for being old school and treating the customer like they matter! If I could give 10 stars I would.

I am required to wear FR at Edison substations. I am fortunate enough to live close by their store in Santa Ana CA. I highly recommend their product for the quality and comfort, and their customer service is five stars. I wear the cargo pants and am very happy with the fit

Great stuff! Durable, great fit, and long lasting. I love my "Really Nice Shirt". The Sol Shade is also incredible. It keeps the sun off of your neck and it's FR so you can wear it on the job.

Benchmark is a great company that cares about their customers and will go out of their way in anyway to make sure you are taken care of!!
